A spacious and upscale townhouse right in the village

A preferred two-bedroom house for couples who enjoy the ease of access to all that our historic Stowe Village offers.

Just off main street, this home is within walking distance of the Stowe recreation path, public tennis courts, ice arena, myriad restaurants, cafes, the public house and bars, shops, galleries, and the Stowe shuttle stop (winter only). Just a touch further are trailheads of some local favorite hikes, and the Stowe Mountain Resort is only seven miles away. You are in the heart of it all!

The comfortable and inviting living room has oversized leather couches, a gas fireplace, flat screen television with surround sound, and large windows that fill the room with light. Nicely outfitted with custom natural maple cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and ceramic tile, the kitchen is as beautiful as it is functional. Open to the living room and kitchen, the dining room seats six and is adjacent to the breakfast bar. There are two oversized bedroom suites with flat screen televisions on the second level; one with a fireplace and walk-in closets and the second with a private bath. The lower level in this townhouse offers walk-out accessibility to the gardens and sidewalk. Enjoy a game of pool in the game room or a movie on the plasma TV. There's a dry bar too, where friends can linger over conversation and laughter. A favorite home for two couples traveling together.

Lovely newer townhouse well situated to main street in Stowe!

Plenty of space to spread out for two couples or family with kids who don't mind sharing a king or an older child for the sofa bed downstairs. So nice to be able to walk many places, although making a left hand turn on to main street is a challenge with the traffic. It was quiet at night, but Depot Street is a bypass during the day for those wishing to avoid the snarl on main and it continues fairly early until after 5pm. Otherwise, a great place!

Beautiful home away from home

May 28-June 1, 2017 We've been coming to Vermont since the 80's and I have to say this was by far our most favorite place to stay. This beautifully decorated townhouse unit was spotless and welcoming. The three levels had it all. The bedrooms were large, the beds comfortable and the balcony off the master a nice bonus. The bathrooms on every level were convenient and gorgeous. The pool table and home theater on the lower level kept us occupied on rainy nights. The washer and dryer and full downstairs bathroom were handy. The main level housed a large, beyond complete kitchen as well as dining area, inviting living room and half bath. We enjoyed being steps away from Stowe town center. After availing ourselves to the numerous area restaurants, we were able to work off our delicious meals by crossing the street and walking the picturesque rec path that winds through town for appx 5 miles. We really cannot say enough about this property. We look forward to returning in the future.
