The first floor features an open-floor plan with a dining room and gourmet kitchen to the right of the foyer and living room with TV area, pantry and full bathroom on the left. The laundry room is to the side of here. Leading off the kitchen and dining areas is a patio with small garden areas and a gas barbeque. The second level has two bedroom with en suite bathrooms. The master has a king size bed and bathroom has a large glass enclosed shower, oversize tub and double sinks. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and bathroom with a large glass enclosed shower and single sink. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets and private balconies with ocean views. The third level has a bedroom with a full/double bed and bathroom. There is also a large deck with ocean views for entertaining and watching the sun set. The house is air-conditioned throughout. Fully furnished. Wireless internet. TV has DVD and access to Netflix. Community pool and spa. 24 hr. caretaker service.

A beautiful location almost isolate. The ocean is great as are the pools.

Very comfortable with both nice inside and outside areas. The isolation of the beach was just what I had ordered. Easy to find driver's to take you to town for shopping. Small but charming expat community. I would come back 100%.

excellent condo, clean, modern, and fully equipped

My husband and I spent 6 weeks in this beautiful condo situated in the quiet and friendly town of Puerto Cayo. It was our first time in Ecuador and we loved walking the beach in the morning and relaxing on the top deck watching the sun set over the ocean in the evening. The condo was very nice, modern and fully equipped with all the luxuries of home. The owners helped us with contacts in case we needed anything. The people of Puerto Cayo were friendly and were always willing to help with anything we needed. We had a wonderful vacation and are all ready planning our next trip to Puerto Cayo. Great time!

We had a really great, relaxing time. Angela was very accommodating prior to the trip in answering questions and helping us out. Donald picked us up at the Manta airport and gave us a very useful orientation plus answered all our questions. The place is wonderful. It has everything you would need including quick easy beach access and great ocean/beach views. We will definitely visit again.

Great Time!

We really enjoyed the house, everything was there. It felt like home right away. Donald,the care taker, is fantastic and very helpful. The place is very secured. Gorgeous sunset view on the roof patio. It is Close to the village where you can find alot of restaurants on the beach. Tom and Angela made our stay really confortable, we would rented again!

Wonderful!

Our family spent Christmas at this place and it was truly wonderful. The view to the ocean is spectacular. The care taker, Donald, is super friendly and attentive. The house itself is gorgeous. We truly enjoyed it. We live internationally and it is very hard to find places internationally that offer every thing that can make your vacation super comfortable. Although we are used it and truly don't care, however this place had it all. It was a blessing to stay there. We loved it!

We also have stayed in many house rentals and knew what we needed to do to make ours extra special for vacationers in providing a true home-away-from-home experience. Maybe next time there will be enough time to eat ceviche together at the beach.

Our ultimate goal (at least for this adventure) is to circumnavigate both North and South America. Our home in San Jose, California is leased out until March 2016, giving us time to complete our journey. We have two adult children, a son who lives in Utah and a daughter in Northern California.

One day we hope to settle down and take up residency in Ecuador. Until we do we want others to enjoy this amazing new home and keep it filled with laughter, joy and great memories.
