This property is amazing! It was so clean and well-equipped for 9 of us. The view is absolutely stunning. We loved the guest house and outdoor patio/terrace. Stefano responded to any question we had. Thanks for a great experience!

MARINELLI

Living quarters are not as shown - bedrooms have no privacy as one has to walk though an anointing bedroom for shared toilets- some TLC needed

Thanks for the review anyway I need to precise that it is not accurate. The house has three bedrooms with toilette for which everyone can use his own. When you are more then 6 persons we need to prepare another room + sofa in the living room and for this reason inorder to go to the toilette you need to walk trough another bedroom. This is why we rent only to family groups or friends the all house so the inconvenience when you are more then 6 it is easily solved and we can also offer the house for a very reasonable price for groups more the 6 people.

Clean accommodations and kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need for cooking. COAL grocery store is very close with everything that you need. Very rustic accommodations but in line with the general area. We knew advance that there was no AC but with the unusually hot weather this summer in Italy it was a bit uncomfortable but there’s lots of fans and the windows with screens can be left open for circulation. Our only complaint was that garbage trucks and barking dogs woke us up each night with the windows open. Of course this is not the owners fault. The stairs leading up to the upper floor are quite dangerous but there is an info page as you enter that tells you they are for emergency only and the outer stairs need to be used for access. It’s not overly convenient especially for heavy luggage. We sent our teenage boys up there but would not recommend for older ones. We only used the home for sleeping so it was a perfect location for all our daily excursions. The internet is very slow but is normal for this mountainous area. It’s good enough for checking email and some streaming. The host was very responsive to our communications and even left his number if we needed to contact him. The view of the mountains from the upper terrace is superb and is a selling point for this home.

Breve soggiorno perfetto

Bella vacanza in Abruzzo
