Leuk gezellig appartement

Livigno is een mooie plek voor vakantie wintersport. Mooi gebied, lekker eten in de restaurants en sneeuwzeker. Het appartement ligt iets afgelegen maar dat is geen probleem. Je kan vrij makkelijk naar de skilift met bus of auto. Appartement zelf is voor 5 personen iets klein maar was goed te doen. Warm water was met douchen achter elkaar snel op maar daar kun je je op aanpassen. Zeker een aanrader gezien prijs-kwaliteits verhouding. Als je veel luxe wil moet je duurdere opties bekijken.

Gradevolissima vacanza estiva

Se la nostra vacanza estiva a Livigno è stata gradevolissima una parte non indifferente del merito lo attribuiamo all'appartamento della signora Anna. La casa si è rivelata del tutto idonea alle nostre esigenze (genitori e due figlie), comoda, pulita. Sul piano della funzionalità raggiungerebbe il massimo se nella dotazione fossero compresi un forno a microonde e,soprattutto, una lavatrice. Per quanto attiene la posizione la casa si trova in periferia ma la presenza, a pochi metri, della fermata di una navetta gratuita consente di raggiungere in pochi minuti il centro della cittadina. Sicuramente torneremo a Livigno e altrettanto sicuramente cercheremo di soggiornare ancora qui.

Cosy, comfortable and quiet

This apartment was perfect for our ski holiday as we, with our two small children, wanted to stay in a quiet part of Livigno even in the midst of the high season. While away from the town centre, the place is still within easy reach of the slopes and the shops; the free-of-charge bus stops very close to the building. Parking your car is easy (we could also use the garage) and the apartment is really charming and cosy: parquet flooring, bathtub, open fireplace, and a sunny terrace. It's not particularly spacious, but it suited us very well, and, anyway, you don't want to spend all day indoors when you go to a place like Livigno. The owner, although she was not in Livigno, remained always accessible on the phone and very helpful. Thank you, we'll come back!

appartamento molto accogliente e confortevole

La casa era molto accogliente, spaziosa e fornita di tutto (in cucina non manca proprio nulla e c'è una comoda lavapiatti); l'arredamento era molto curato, segnalo anche che è molto bello il paesaggio (la casa ha davanti un bel prato ed un fiume e costeggia una bellissima pista ciclabile), buoni i collegamenti con il centro di Livigno (c’è navetta gratuita ogni 10 minuti circa). Esperienza da ripetere.

"Appartamento molto carino e confortevole, pulito e ben attrezzato, perfetto per un soggiorno breve o media durata. Ottima posizione, lievemente decentrata ma comunque non distante dalla via principale per cui l''accesso al centro del paese è facilissimo.Mi è particolarmente piaciuto poter accedere direttamente all''ampio prato sul retro dell''appartamento (zona comune)e sdraiarmi a prendere il sole in tutta tranquillità. Proprietario molto fiendly e disponibile."

"Soggiorno estivo, estate 2011. Appartamento carino, accogliente e confortevole. A disposizione un comodo terrazzo/cortiletto privato parzialmente attrezzato oltre a un grande giardino, condiviso con gli altri inquilini, da cui si accede direttamente alla pista ciclabile. Unico neo, ma anche pregio, la distanza dal centro che permette di stare in completa tranquillità anche nei periodi di alta stagione(agosto). Servizio navetta gratuito per il centro, con fermata praticamente davanti a casa. Riscaldamento non incluso, da verificare."
