Semi-detached villa with private pool, and great privacy, all on one floor, located in a residential complex between the beaches of Cala Molí and Cala Tarida, magnificent views of the sea and the Bledas and s'Espartar islands, as well as the sunset throughout the year. All the beaches on the West coast are within a maximum radius of 10 km (Cala Bassa, Cala d'hort, Cala Vadella, Es Vedra ect.) The house is equipped: SUPERIOR QUALITY MATTRESSES, with 100% cotton linens At each change THE CLOTHES ARE CLEANED IN THE DRY CLEANER and are renewed each season. It has FREE WIFI, CD music player, television, dishwasher, kitchenware, microwave, Nespresso COFFEE MAKER, all types of small appliances (hair dryer, iron, board, juice squeezer, toaster, sandwich maker, blender, etc). Hot-cold air conditioning throughout the house. It has 2 bedrooms, with the following characteristics: one double with a KING SIZE bed, Suite type with bathroom inside, as well as direct access to the pool. Another bedroom with two kangaroo beds, for three 90 cm beds. X 190.1 bathroom with shower. The living room has a modern sofa. Minimalist terrace with pool, chill-out area with candles that provide a large shaded area, 4 sun loungers, table and 6 teak dining chairs. Pool and plot fully illuminated at night by lights on the ground, intimate and family atmosphere. Panoramic terrace for the sunset with designer furniture GANDIA BLASCO, The kitchen has been renovated this year with the highest quality appliances and furniture. A perfect house to rest.

Second visit, Amazing Views with Great Pool

This is the second visit to the villa but this time for theee weeks. Eva, who deals with the check in, is superb and very efficient. The villa is clean with amazing views of the sea and sunset. We will return for a third visit.

Wonderfull place with amazing sunset

The apartment was clean and well maintained. Our host Eva was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. The location is great with a supermarket on walking distance a it’s a short drive to the beaches. The apartment had everything we needed with lovely seating outside a great pool and amazing sunset views! Highly recommended!

Great time at the villa..

A fantastic stay on one of our favorite destinations. Eva was a fantastic host, she very professional and responded to our needs immediately. The villa is awesome with a delightful modern kitchen, as my wife loves to prepare various dishes. The pool area and view was spectacular. The only wish was that we could have English entertainment or online i.e., Netflix capability on the TV. Awesome stay we will be back…

We had a wonderful stay here in this stunning home in Cala Tarida. The property is beautifully presented and is perfectly situated for all the local amenities. Nothing was too much trouble for Eva, she was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The property has plenty of space and lots of options for families and groups. It was well supplied for cooking and eating and the views and sunset are fabulous. If we were being super picky a kettle and more up to date sound system for playing music would have made it perfect, but nothing that warrants reducing stars. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

First Ibiza holiday

Had a nice stay at the property which is an apartment with a pool and terrace, the middle block of a group of three strips of apartments. The terrace with the pool is lovely with great view over the roof of the opposite property block to the sea, with great sunsets. The roof terrace above the apartment could be nice, however it only seemed to have broken outdoor furniture up there so we didn't use it. Some investment in outdoor furniture and some shade would make this a great area for the view and sunset . Unfortunately the sofa bed was unusable and stained and it was so uncomfortable that it could not be slept on. A new mattress for the sofa bed is desperately needed. There was a travel cot provided for the baby but no high chair. There was building work being done on the property opposite. As the property is surrounded by others there is a chance of noise from neighbours or work being completed which is not ideal .Luckily it was only for short periods during the day and we were out most days so it didn't impact us hugely, but it didn't make for relaxation when the banging started. Eva was very helpful on check in and arranging hairdressers taxi details etc and overall we had a lovely holiday and it worked as a base for everything we needed to do in the area. .

Hi Edith, first of all, thank you very much for taking your time to comment on our house, I don't understand why you used a sleeping sofa, you only made the request for 4 people, and the house has magnificent beds for 5 people (quality of 10th floor), the sofa bed is never used in a request of 4 or 5 people ... I do not understand. As for the high chair for the child, they didn't ask us, they just asked us for a crib (by the way, totally free), anyway, if next year they decide to visit us, we will try to solve their problems, atte, Lourdes

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit großem und sauberen Privatpool und Panoramablick aufs Meer und die Bucht von Tarida. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine einer schönen und neuen Küche mit allen notwendigen Geräten, es gibt einen TV und WLAN, wir hatten hier auch bei schlechtem Wetter eine tolle Zeit!

Location pour 5 nuits en juin: WHAOU!!!... 1er mot qui décrit notre séjour dans cette maison ultra agréable, très propre, au calme, sans vis-à-vis avec une belle vue mer et des équipements de qualité. La piscine est autant un plaisir des yeux qu'un lieu de baignade très appréciable. La terrasse est également super et joliment décorée; c'est le lieu de vie idéal aux beaux jours. Le parking commun à l'ensemble des résidents est sécurisé dans l'allée commune, cependant parfois encombré. Eva, notre hôte est super: elle est disponible et réactive et si gentille. Je recommande cette location les yeux fermés, même si je préfèrerai la garder secrète pour moi...

Séjour idéal dans la maison d’Olga ! Depuis l’arrivée aussi flexible qu’agréable, accueillis par Eva qui a été d’un accueil incomparable, la maison est exactement comme décrite, magnifique terrasse agréable à vivre, maison parfaitement aménagée. Les voisins proches mais la disposition donne l’impression d’être seuls au monde. Le toit terrasse permettant d’admirer le coucher de soleil est idéal ! Communication facile , disponible et agréable avec Olga et Eva. Foncez les yeux fermés !

Un espectáculo

Urbanización cerrada,super tranquila,nada de fiestas ni alborotos Atención de Eva un 10, todas las facilidades tanto para entrar como para salir. Pocas veces llegas a un sitio, donde ves que todo está como lo que has vistos anteriormente en fotos, Todo super cuidado. Tenía un par de detalles que arreglar,pero comprensible que unas obras en plena temporada les resulte dificil solucionar pero nada que altere el disfrute de esta maravilla. Las puestas de Sol...son de otro nivel. Para disfrutar y descansar,es un Acierto esta elección. Gracias por todo.

Ibiza Love

Wir haben ganz wunderbare 7 Nächte im Haus von Lourdes verbracht . Vor allem der Aussenbereich ist ein mega Highlight . Ein wunderbarer Meerblick mit Sonnenuntergang deluxe , tolle Liegen und ein privater Pool . So muss Urlaub sein ! Die Lage ist auch mega . Ein Supermarkt und die besten Stränden sind gleich um die Ecke . Ibiza Stadt ist ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt . Eva ist auch super zuverlässig und lieb und jederzeit erreichbar ,wenn man Fragen hat . Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt , wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben .
