Ein Kleinod oberhalb vom Trubel der Istrischen Küste… Wer Ruhe und einen unglaublichen Blick auf die Kvarnerbucht sucht und sich nicht scheut, auch einen etwas steileren Weg zum weitläufigen Grundstück mit 2 urig, gemütlichen und absolut liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhäusern auf sich zu nehmen, wird diesen Aufenthalt als echten Geheimtipp mit großem „Wiederholungstäterpotential“ schätzen lernen. Die supersympathischen Gastgeber Chantal und Svonko, ein extrem leckerer Willkommenssnack, mit zusätzlich erstbefülltem Kühlschrank in Summe war die Kirsche auf der Sahnetorte. Es war eine tolle Woche und bleibt auf jeden Fall in mehr als positiver Erinnerung. Möge es vielen weiteren Gästen so ergehen wie uns. Wir würden es jederzeit uneingeschränkt und strengstens empfehlen.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Es war ein herrlicher Urlaub! Chantal und Svonco sind sehr nette Gastgeber, die mit auf dem weitläufigen Grundstück wohnen. Wenn man etwas benötigt oder eine Info braucht, sind die beiden immer ansprechbar. Es ist ein kleines Paradies! Keine 5 Sterne Chicki-Micki-Unterkunft, was uns aber sehr gut gefallen hat. Das einzige was man noch verbessern könnte, wäre eine größere und gut befestigte Klobrille ;-) Zum Meer kommt man zwar nur mit dem Auto, aber der Ausblick auf die Bucht von Rijeka ist der Hammer!!

Schöner und erholsamer Urlaub

Wir wollten nicht wie alle anderen auf einen überfüllten Campingplatz, daher waren wir auf der Suche nach etwas Besonderen. Durch Zufall sind wir auf die Villa Marica gestoßen. Anfangs waren wir etwas skeptisch da nur gute Bewertungen im Netz zu finden waren. Alle guten Kommentare haben sich als richtig herausgestellt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und sehr nette Menschen. Das Haus ist ein kleines Juwel in der Landschaft. Es ist sehr nett eingerichtet mit allem was man so braucht. Einzig das Internet ist da oben etwas langsam. Es gibt mehrere gemütliche Plätze zum verweilen draußen (Grillplatz, beim Pool und Lounge mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer). Ein Highlight für unsere Kinder waren die Wildpferde und die Spielmöglichkeiten nahe unserem Haus. Hier oben am Berg bekommt man als gestresster Mensch, die Ruhe, um wieder runter zu kommen. Es ist ein sehr besonderer Platz! Baden bzw. Strandsuche ist in dieser Region eine kleine Challenge, wenn man nicht auf den überfüllten Stränden liegen möchte. Die Gegend ist sehr steil, daher sind auch einige Strände gut versteckt -jedoch in wenigen Wanderminuten zu erreichen. Wenn man früh genug unterwegs ist, findet man noch Platz bei den wenigen Einkehrungen direkt neben der Straße. Das Einzige, dass uns anfangs etwas nervös machte, war die abenteuerliche, sehr schmale Straße bis zum Haus (ca. 10 min bergauf) mit mehreren engen, steilen Serpentinen und wenig Ausweichmöglichkeiten. Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Wunderschöner Ort und Haus

Es war ein traumhafter Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Bei der Ankunft gab es ein leckeres Abendbrot aus regionalen Wurst und Käsespezialitäten.

Wunderschönes Häuschen mit tollem Blick

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem schön restaurierten Steinhäuschen sehr genossen. Alles ist liebevoll hergerichtet und ausgestattet. Der Blick nach unten in die Bucht ist wunderschön! Chantal und ihr Mann sind sehr gastfreundschaftlich und einen herzlichen Dank auch für den gefüllten Kühlschrank bei der Ankunft! Unserem Sohn hat der kleine Pool am besten gefallen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! :)

Grandioser Platz für Urlaub

Schöner könnte der Urlaub kaum sein. Ein Garten Eden mit Blick auf die Kvarner Bucht, egal ob vom Pool oder vom Himmelbett aus. Das Chalet ist traumhaft eingerichtet. Wenn etwas fehlt, einfach Chantal fragen. Die Auffahrt (5 min.) ist nur anfangs nichts für schwache Nerven. Am Ende bin ich es sogar gern gefahren, selbst mit unserem Opel Zafira. Die umliegenden Strände an der Opatija Riviera sind ein Traum und auch für Kinder bestens geeignet. Oder man bleibt einfach mal oben und genießt den Tag rings um das Chalet. Über dem Chalet kann man mit der ganzen Familie direkt im Nationalpark wandern. Der Mann von Chantal erklärt die Wege, da das Kartenmaterial nicht immer hilft. Lediglich das W-LAN viel recht häufig aus. Also absolute Empfehlung für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub.

Charming cottage in coastal Croatia (Istria)

Our stay in this cottage was perfect. The house and its surroundings are unique: neatly situated in the mountains above Moscenicka with a gorgeous view of the sea, the cottage offers everything needed for a relaxing vacation. All of this is topped by the warm welcome offered by Chantal and Zvotko. They have truly made us feel welcome and at home in their little paradise!

La location est conforme à la description. La route pour accéder à la propriété est très sinueuse mais c'est la condition pour accéder à cet havre de paix. Nous remercions tout particulièrement nos hôtes pour leur accueil et regrettons de n'être restés qu'une semaine, nous aurions aimé discuter plus longuement avec eux 😊

Perfekt für naturnahe Erholung abseits von Trubel

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Häuschen mit charmanten und hilfsbereiten Vermietern mit tollem Fernblick. Neben dem Haus der Vermieter sind noch 2 weitere Ferienhäuser in mittelbarer Nähe, ansonsten Natur pur! Im Haus fehlt es an nichts. Der Whirlpool ist toll für eine Erfrischung zwischendurch und sehr sauber. Für die Kinder gibt es viele Outdoor Spielmöglichkeiten lediglich der Tischtennistisch ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Meine Familie hat den Aufenthalt genossen, auch der Kontakt zu den anderen Feriengästen war sehr nett. Wir waren wandern, haben Ortschaften in der Nähe erkundet und haben uns an den empfohlenen Stränden sehr wohl gefühlt.

Un petit coin de paradis en Croatie

La maison est située à Grabrova, petit hameau situé au dessus de Moscenice. On y accède par une route un peu sinueuse mais en bon état. Une fois arrivé, on découvre ces quelques maisons habilement transformées par Chantal et Zvonko. Celle que nous occupions était meublées avec beaucoup de goût et nous nous y sommes de suite sentis "chez nous". Une grande pièce au rez; au 1er, une chambre parents et une autre pour les enfants; une salle de douche. Dehors, il y a une terrasse ombragée pour les repas, une autre pour prendre le soleil, une 3 ème à côté de la (petite) piscine. Au loin, la mer et l'île de Cres. Tout cela dans un calme absolu et un très beau cadre de verdure. La maison n'a pas de clim: ce n'est pas nécessaire car les nuits sont fraîches et les vieux murs épais, et donc la maison reste agréable. J'oublie: excellent confort des lits! A partir de là, on est sur la route qui longe la côte en moins de 10 minutes. Enfin, Chantal et Zvonko nous ont accueillis avec énormément de gentillesse et nous ont conseillé pour la découverte de leur région: balades, restos, les criques à essayer (ou à éviter)... Nous les remercions pour leur accueil, leurs attentions (toujours discrètes), leurs anecdotes ... et leur soutien lorsque notre voiture a décidé de nous laisser tomber !!! Ce qui n'entachera en rien le bon souvenir que nous garderons de la Croatie et le plaisir que nous avons eu à séjourner à Grabrova.

Entspannte Tage in wundervoller Umgebung

Diese Urlaubstage haben wir genossen! Ganz bewusst haben wir uns für 7 Tage "fernab von Rubel - Trubel - Heiterkeit" entschieden und waren begeistert von Chantals und Zvonkos Villa, sowie auch von der Gastfreundlichkeit unserer Vermieter. Hoch gelegen, mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf das Wasser und die Natur, waren wir dankbar für den "Abholservice" im nahe gelegenen Ort, denn alleine hätten wir die Adresse niemals gefunden :). Zur Begrüßung haben wir die Villa liebevoll mit Blumen, Kaminfeuer, Naschwerk, gefülltem Kühlschrank und einer warmen Mahlzeit vorgefunden. Viele hilfreiche Tipps für Wanderungen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants haben wir erhalten und dankbar umgesetzt. Aber in erster Linie haben wir die Ruhe und die netten Gespräche mit unseren Vermietern genossen und waren wunderbar entschleunigt, um den Alltag zu Hause wieder anzutreten ... Gemütliches Haus, Jacuzzi & unglaublicher Ausblick

Chantal und Zvonko haben uns in Moscenice abgeholt und zum Haus begleitet. Hier waren im Kühlschrank schon Lebensmittel sowie eine Flasche Wein hinterlegt - da wir an einem Sonntag ankamen - und auch für uns gab es ein Willkommens-Essen. Wir haben noch nie so viel Gastfreundschaft erlebt! Die Zufahrt zum Haus war für unseren Mittelklasse-Kombi kein Problem. Da haben wir schon deutlich schlechtere "Straßen" befahren, bspw. auf Korsika. Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Es erinnert von außen an ein kleines Bauernhaus, ist aber innen modern, sauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist, einschl. Essentials, wie Kaffee, Tee, Gewürzen und Schokowaffeln, vollständig. Etwas Bedenken hatten wir wegen der in anderen Bewertungen angegebenen Tiere im Haus. Wir hatten nur kurze Begegnungen im Freien und keinerlei Probleme. Das Meer ist mit dem Auto ca. 10 - 20 min an verschiedenen Stellen zu erreichen. Chantal zeigte uns einige abseits gelegene Buchten, in denen man deutlich weniger Besucher antrifft, als an den öffentlichen Stränden. Unsere Mädels wollten jedoch bald immer öfter den Whirlpool mit dem fantastischen Ausblick nutzen und "zu Hause" bleiben. Die Lage des Hauses war für uns ideal: es ist ruhig, man ist direkt in der Natur, kann sofort zu den Bergen in der Umgebung loswandern und zum Strand sind es von Moscenice nur 700 Stufen ;-). Dank der guten Tipps von Chantal und Zvonko kannten wir bald die nähere Umgebung (Perun, Vojak) und das Insider-Restaurant in Moscenice. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, danken für die Gastfreundschaft und kommen gerne wieder!!!

Die Lage ist herrlich. Ruhig, fantastischer Blick aufs Meer.

Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns nach der Ankunft mit einem kostenlosen Abendessen überrascht. Das Haus war gut ausgestattet incl.Geschirrspülmaschine. Der Kühlschrank mit dem Wichtigsten vorbefüllt. Die Zufahrt ist ein wenig abenteuerlich und sollte nicht mit einem sehr großen Auto erfolgen, da extrem enge Haarnadelkurven zu überwinden sind. Herzlichen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!!

Séjour Septembre 2015

Nous avons effectué un séjour enchanteur chez Chantal et Zvonko à la fois en raison du site exceptionnel par la vue sur l'Adriatique et de la quiétude absolue en pleine nature (nous avons pu observer 2 biches folatrant pres du terrain!) contrastant avec l'effervescence du bord du mer (le prix à payer étant 2 km de petite route de montagne mais cela en vaut largement la chandelle !), mais également en raison de l'accueil particulierement chaleureux et attentionné , sans etre intrusif, de nos hotes (un repas préparé nous attendait à notre arrivée un peu tardive) et de leurs conseils toujours judicieux. Les gites ont par ailleurs beaucoup de charme et sont aménagées avec gout . Une merveilleuse experience donc, à renouveler sans hésitation . Yves , Edith et Laure - Bretagne

Une semaine de pur bonheur en pleine nature, dans une belle maison en pierres, authentique, parfaitement rénovée et équipée. Corner of paradise in Croatia

Vila Marica in Grabrova was a sort of little corner of paradise for us where we could sit on the nicely styled terrace for hours and watch the magnifiscent view over the Kvarner Gulf and the Isles of Krk and Cres. While sitting in the jakuzi even a deer walked by, watched us, went on and hoopoes flew around. The friendliness of Chantal and Zvonko, their hospitality and recommendations were all great. The house looked just like the pictures on the site. Vila Marica 1 and 2 are independent houses next to each other and positioned in a way that a maximum of privacy is guaranteed. Vila Marica 2 was a cosy Mediterranean styled house, clean and well equipped, Even the refrigerator was filled on our arrival for the first day and we enjoyed a Croation styled menu offered by Chantal the first night. It was in a quiet place, 3,5 km driving up a small adventurous paved road from Moscenice, but close to some small creeks and the sandy beaches of Moscenicka Draga. For us it was the perfect place to discover more of Istria, although we could hardly leave the place and stayed 'home' because we loved it so much. We'll also miss the cheerful Laika that passed by once in a while for a play or a groom. We certainly hope to come back another year.

Magnifique havre de paix....

Agréable découverte de la Croatie. Petit mas au milieu de la nature un petit bijoux à l'état pure. Chantal et Zvonko les propriétaires très accueillants et très prévenants à notre égard avec de bons conseils quant aux endroits et restaurants ou nous avons dégusté de délicieux mets à base de poisson et les poissons grillés de Davor( super journée avec Zvonko en bateau...) Très bon séjour champêtre

Excellent séjour au milieu d'une nature encore sauvegardée. Accueil très chaleureux de Chantal, Zvonko (et Laïka !); Nous avons bcp apprécié leurs nombreuses attentions ainsi que leurs bons conseils et leur disponibilité. Location en tout point conforme au descriptif, avec un grand réfrigérateur pour bien préparer les "spritz" (n'est-ce pas Zvonko ) Le chemin d'accès est lui aussi une belle aventure avec un beau passage à l'arbre aux papillons. Pour les amateurs de VTT, ne pas oublier les pneus renforcés.
