Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed in this unit 8 years in a row and you simply can't beat the location - right on the beach, right next to downtown. That's about where the positives end. The unit is not maintained in any meaningful way. ALL of the screens have holes in them and neither screen door on either slider works. Despite pointing this out during our stay last year, it wasn't fixed again this year. The microwave above the stove has been inoperable for years and rather than being replaced, was substituted with a countertop model when counter space is already sparse. The dishwasher and washer and dryer units both need replacing. Suffice it to say, we've grown tired of waiting for the owner to do what is needed to be done with this unit and will not be staying here again.

It's lovely and the owners have updated things very nicely. The cleaning service used in between stays does a poor job of cleaning the unit thoroughly. We bring this to the attention of the management company each year, but it doesn't seem to change. If you can live with doing your own cleaning, you will enjoy everything else about your stay.

We did bring our own DVD player as there is not one provided. We do a lot of cooking and the kitchen could have used a bigger selection of cooking tools and the barbecue has seen better days. A few light bulbs were burned out and the refrigerator water was not hooked up for water and ice. Called the CVR office and everything was fixed the same day. Overall it was a very nice place and we are planning another stay next summer.

It was nice to be able to park your car and walk to your nearby destination. The condo was clean and comfortable. We did have a minor ant problem but the manager was quick to get that problem solved. I would definitely recommend this condo.
