In closed property, landscaped and planted, independent house very bright, walk-in, southern exposure. Free Wi-Fi, games and books for children, bike shelter, stroller .....
ATTENTION: Rental only from Saturday to Saturday. Possibility to rent low, medium and high season 1 or 2 bedrooms. THE PRICE INDICATED IN THE ESTIMATE FOR THESE 3 PERIODS INCLUDES THE GREEN ROOM # 1. Supplement of 50 euros / week with room n ° 2 (beige room). If room 2 is not requested, it is closed. For the high season (August 17 to August 30) the rate includes the 2 rooms. Holiday checks accepted.
- The blankets (green room), duvets (beige room), and pillows are provided, sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers and towels are the responsibility of the tenants.
- Animals are not allowed.
- Baby equipment is available on request: park, high chair, bath tub ...
- If heating supplement according to the electricity consumption (0,15 € Kw / h)
- The household is not included and at the expense of the tenants. Supplement of 70 euros if the cleaning is not done.
- The reservation becomes effective upon receipt of the deposit set at 25% of the rental amount.
- The balance will be paid upon arrival.
- A deposit of 300 euros refundable, will be requested at the handing over of the keys and will be returned at the time of departure if everything is in order, cleaning done, the dishes clean and tidy and if no degradation is found
