Très content, nous conseillons!

En vacances en famille (2 adultes, une fille de 2 ans et 2 garçons de 8 mois), nous avons été ravis de cet appartement. L'accueil par la tante du propriétaire est très convivial. La résidence est à 2 pas de la mer et des jeux pour enfants, quelques commerces à proximité immédiate. Elle est bien entretenue et le cadre est verdoyant. On a aimé se balader dans la résidence Sunset Beach. Piscine en très bon état. L'appartement est super, très propre, mobilier de qualité, bien décoré, spacieux et fonctionnel. La terrasse est grande et permet de profiter de l'extérieur avec les petits. Elle est ensoleillée pour le petit déjeuner. Nous conseillons vivement cet appartement.

tres bon sejour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour a Mohammedia, l'appartement est spacieux et très bien aménagé, nous étions très a l'aise (2 adultes 3 enfants), la terrasse est un grand point positif donnant sur l'allée reliant a la piscine ce n'est pas bruyant du tout... la résidence en elle même est très bien entretenu tous les jours jardiniers agent de sécurité se côtoient; sans parler du surveillant de la piscine il est au top !!! prends soin des enfants et de la piscine comme personne merci encore !!! nous nous sommes pas servis de la salle de sport mais elle est très bien équipé. Sunset beach est a la sortie d'autoroute donc très bien placé pour ceux qui souhaitent visiter d'autres villes, le vikki beach est aussi pas très loin et je conseille la plage de bouznika a celle des sablettes beaucoup trop surpeuplé en été, trop chère et sale; de mon avis. ils manquent quelques magasins de proximité a coté de Sunset beach car la voiture devient vite indispensable; hormis une pharmacie tout se fait en voiture, par contre un café restaurant était en pleine construction donc d'ici l'année prochaine le Sunset beach sera complet... De mon expérience, les propriétaires ainsi que aicha ont été très avenant et rien a redire, les propriétaires ont tout fait pour que lorsque l'on arrive a Mohammedia tout soit bien expliquer (guide du routard, plan...) merci encore et j'espère a très bientôt.. destination rêvée !!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à mohammedia en particulier dans la résidence sunset beach, qui est trés jolie, bien fleurie et entretenue; je ne parle pas de la piscine fort agréable et nettoyer toutes les semaines! L'appartement tout confort avec une terrasse exposé au soleil levant permettant de profiter pleinement des petits déjeuner ensoleillés! Un trés bon contact avec le proprietaire qui fait toujours son maximum pour nous rendre service . Nous gardons un souvenir merveilleux de ce séjour en famille ( 2 adultes et 3 enfants) et projetons d'y retourner au plus vite.

vacances superbes

on a passé de superbes vacances. L' appartement était grand et propre décoration soignée, on a apprécié prendre notre petit-déjeuner sur l' immense terrasse la piscine était propre, il faut noter que le mardi, celle-ci est fermée car le personnel la nettoie, ce qui est rassurant et nous a permis de visiter la ville. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire, on reviendra c' est sur!

Appartement très agréable

L'appartement est très confortable, bien équipé, possède une vaste et belle terrasse. Il était propre et bien entretenu (il est vrai qu'il était neuf). Seul inconvénient à notre point de vue d'européen : le bruit venant des autres terrasses en fin de journée (dîners), jusqu'à très tard, obligeant à fermer les volets de la chambre à 1 lit de 2. Il y a des restaurants à Mohammédia dans le quartier du Parc et du Port (Restaurant du Parc et Restaurant du Port). La proximité de Rabat et de Casablanca est intéressante.
