Accommodation is ideally located, within a short walk of the slopes, free bus or cage lifts. A supermarket is just over the road, lot's of nearby shops and restaurants. We were a party of 6, so we had plenty of room. Kitchen was well equipped and the hosts lived above the accommodation so were always on hand for help or advice.

Great stay at Chalet Le Cheval Blanc

Perfectly positioned chalet in the heart of Alpe d’Huez close to all the restaurants and swimming pool/ice rink. Hosts always available and helpful. Kitchen has everything you need. Less than 5 mins’ walk to basket lift which drops you at foot of main slopes. WiFi not brilliant but otherwise a great value chalet.

Excellent well located accommodation.

Near ski lifts, and town centre. Quiet. clean, well maintained. Kitchen (and accommodation generally) very well equipped. Plenty of crockery unlike many chalets we have used. Shops close by for morning bread. Layout unusual (on listing). No problem. It worked well for us as a family and we had a great holiday with good accommodation. Owners helpful and welcoming. All 5 stars.

Perfect base in heart of resort

This is a great property located in the heart of the resort very close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets, the swimming pool and ice rink. The accommodation itself was perfect for our group of two families (3 adults, 4 teenagers and an eight year old). The kitchen was very well equipped and included a washing machine and dryer also. As has been mentioned in other reviews it should be noted that the two bunk rooms do not have a door. This was no problem for our group as these areas were used by children. It's also worth noting that the accommodation essentially has three front doors but during our stay we kept the two side entrances locked and only used the door off the corridor from the kitchen as our main entrance which certainly provided some additional privacy to the bunk room located away from the kitchen corridor. The property hosts were very friendly and approachable and the check in/out process was seamless as they were on hand and actually live above the chalet. It was a 10 minute walk to the top of resort (Grandes Rousses) and the Pic Blanc (previously DMC) main lifts or equally a 5 minute walk to the Rifnel where you can easily ski down to the Bergers area with quick access to Marmottes 1,2,3 main artery. I would thoroughly recommend this property for a larger group looking to share.

Zeer leuk verblijf!

We hebben een zeer leuk verblijf gehad. De eigenaars ontvangen je met de glimlach en zijn steeds bereid om te helpen indien nodig. Het ruime appartement is zeer centraal gelegen. (Parking, winkels, pistes) We komen zeer graag nog eens terug.

Perfect Spot

The property was lovely and very well presented with everything you need. My only adjustment to the listing would be to advise that the bunk rooms are designed for children and there are no doors on these rooms. We were 8 adults and 1 child and had an adult in each bunk room, which we managed but wasn't ideal for privacy. We did enjoy our stay at Coeval Blanche and highly recommend to anyone wishing to self cater in ALPE D'HUEZ.

TRES BEL APPARTEMENT

Nous étions une famille de 9 personnes dont 1 enfant de moins de 2 ans.Le châlet est très bien conçu avec des pièces de nuit séparées en deux appartements, et une pièce de vie commune très agréable et très lumineuse. L''électroménager est moderne et de bonne qualité. Parking privé très pratique. La seule chose qui pourrait manquer serait une terrasse afin de profiter un peu plus du soleil. Les propriétaires qui habitent au-dessus sont très sympathiques et serviables. Une très bonne adresse !"

"Nous avons été ravis de notre semaine au chalet. Nous étions deux familles, avec 3 adultes, 2 ados et 4 enfants plus jeunes. L''appartement est très bien conçu avec des pièces de nuit réparties en deux appartements, et une pièce de vie commune très agréable et très lumineuse. C''est non seulement très fonctionnel mais aussi décoré avec goût et très confortable, l''électro-ménager est moderne et de bonne qualité, sans compter 3 télés à écran plat... Cerise sur le gâteau, les propriétaires qui habitent à l''étage au-dessus sont extrêmement sympathiques et serviables. Une très bonne adresse !"

"Logement très agréable, nous étions à deux couples avec des enfants et nous avons aimé la composition du logement deux appartements dans un seul. Parking possible en face du chalet. Nous avons apprécié le local á ski., 3 salles de bains et 3 wc, génial pour 10 personnes. Propriétaire très agréable . Plein centre et à 100 mètres des pistes. En conclusion, nous louerons certainement une prochaine fois cette appartement et peut être même l'' année prochaine."

"Le chalet est absolument...

"Le chalet est absolument conforme à la description. Il a été entièrement rénové en 2011 et offre une entrée avec un local à ski aménagé, 5 chambres, 3 salles de bains, 3 WC séparés, une grande cuisine équipée et un espace salon / salle à manger avec de grandes baies vitrées. Un parking est disponible devant le chalet. Il est situé dans le centre de la station, à proximité de tous les commerces, de la piscine et de la patinoire. Il faut marcher quelques minutes afin de rejoindre la première piste. Les propriétaires, qui vivent au dessus, sont très sympathiques et nous ont rendu service pendant notre séjour. "
