The oceanfront bedroom has a king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a bunk bed with two twin beds as well as a full bed. For additional sleeping space, there's a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. In 2025, the condo was updated with brand-new carpeting and all new mattresses to make your stay even more comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, with a dishwasher, blender, Keurig, and a regular coffee maker. It's well stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils, making it easy to enjoy meals together after a day at the beach. High-speed internet is available throughout the unit, ideal for streaming on any of the three flat-screen TVs, which offer live streaming but no cable service. For added convenience, the condo includes a washer and dryer, an outdoor shower, and plenty of parking. Step outside and you'll find yourself right on the guarded beach, with a chair and umbrella rental station located directly in front of the condo. From this ideal location, it's an easy walk or bike ride into both Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach. The Chesapeake Street trolley stop is nearby, making it simple to get around without a car. You'll also be close to bay activities, local shops, and fantastic restaurants that stay open all year round, making spring and fall especially beautiful times to visit. The property has a two-night minimum stay in the spring and fall, and Saturday-to-Saturday rentals during the peak summer season. Guests should bring their own linens, and please note that candles may not be burned inside the building.
