Fabulous Location

This is a spacious, well equipped villa in a brilliant location. The lake is almost at the end of the drive and the small beach is about a 5 minute walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & hope to return next year.

Amazing villa, wonderful view, terrific location

We loved our stay at this villa. Equipment, table tennis, pool everything was perfect. Just a few minutes from the lake or the tennis courts. We'll be back for sure !

Spectacular views!

Large sliding glass doors on main floor and bedrooms provided stunning views of the lake and mountains. The pool was a welcome relief from unexpected very hot sunny weather in June. Host Fabienne was very responsive, kind. And helpful. Great location as base for exploring the lake region, but be prepared for very steep driveway and up to shopping street.

Beautiful house

The house is just perfect. Beautiful views of the Lake and mountains. Good accessibility to the lake and shops. Had everything we needed, really felt like we were at home. In addition, My baby (17 months) was really happy and comfortable here which made it easier for all of us! The one and only comment and it did not effect our overall enjoyment of the holiday was that it was hot and it would have been good to have another aircon unit in one of the upstairs bedrooms! We highly recommend this beautiful house, thank you for the memories, we would love to come back.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison qui est idéalement située près du lac petit bémol la prestation au niveau du ménage à l’arrivée n’est pas à la hauteur de cette magnifique maison qui a mon sens n’est pas été entretenue depuis quelques temps

Lake Annecy at its best

This is a great house in a beautiful and convenient location. The view from the terrace is spectacular at any time of day or night. It’s a five minute walk to plage de la Brune and a 5 minute walk the other way to the shops at Veyrier. Boats and pedalos can be hired near the beach to explore the lake. For road cycling, getting around to the base of Semnoz is easy and the turn off to Thones is just 200m up the hill from the house, from which you can get to the cols of Colombiere, Croix Fry and Aravis. The house itself is very spacious with a lovely pool and a good bit of lawn (where we played a lot of cricket with our 6yo son). Fabienne is an excellent host, great communication, and very welcoming. This was a great family holiday for us and the house was exactly what we wanted. We hope that other families enjoy their stay as much as we did.

Maison spacieuse et agréable à un super emplacement

Maison très agréable avec des grandes baies vitrées dominant le lac d'Annecy. Idéalement située à 100m du lac et quelques minutes à pied du centre ville de Veyrier du Lac. Parfait pour profiter du lac et des montagnes autour d'Annecy ! La Maison est récente et bien entrenue, très fonctionnelle avec 4 grandes chambres nous étions à l'aise à 2 familles.

Prachtige villa met zwembad in een mooie omgeving vlakbij het meer en een strandje. Veel restaurants in de directe omgeving en uitgangspunt voor vele excursies.
