House has 3 Bedrooms and 2 full Bathrooms with ac in all rooms included. Covered Lanai with observation deck. Fully gated property for great privacy. Second seperate Ohana unit with Temperpeidic Murphy bed available upon request for additional cost. Located only a short walk from the world famous surf spots Pipeline, Rocky Point and Waimea Bay. This property is a legally established dwelling that is rented for periods of 30 consecutive days or more at any time -- feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
