Perfect location! Good service.

Clean and spacious condo, pool and the beach is accessible right there, restaurants, next to the building a few blocks more restaurants and stores. Is the perfect place to spend your vacation! also offer wash and dryer machines, I highly recommend it!

Great location, enjoyed our stay

Nice condo, friendly people. Had issues with AC and Nellie had it dealt with. There is construction going on on the building, so, some noise from that. All in all, very enjoyable.

Great place to stay and awesome location on the beach and near restaurants ! We will be back again

The condo is really great and has everything you need (plenty of dishes, toasters and 2 coffemakers). Very comfortable king size mattress and Coach's mattress is very good. 2 TVs and a wifi, cable and valley parking is included in the rent. The beach is great, we loved heated saltwater pool. The Diplomat next door has really good restaurants so you can just walk and enjoy their amenities. We will be back again soon!

The beach and pool were very nice and well maintained. The condo was not great but probably priced about right. The kitchen cooking pans should be replaced , kitchen fan very dirty, sliding door to balcony was very hard to open, had to use wd40 to be able to open door. Wash mach. finally fixed after 6weeks. One stove top burner not working. Living room furniture is not comfortable. Burnt food crumbs on the lower oven.

Building is good, condo is shabby.

Ordinarily I would give a worn condo in a well managed, well located building a three star rating but in this case the owner's lack of caring for the renter's comfort, or even for the renter's safety, makes me reduce the rating to a one star. If you want more than silverware for three, if you want bedroom blinds that are not broken, if you want more seating in the living room than for three people, you will want to rent elsewhere. Not to mention arriving without means to get in or the broken stovetop, or the rusting bathtub - you get the picture.

Great Condo - Perfect Location!

My husband and I stayed in Nelly's condo in Hollywood January, February and March 2022 and could not be happier with our choice of this VRBO rental. Very well supplied, very clean, nice view of the intercoastal waterway - just a very nice place to live for three months in such a beautiful city. The staff of Alexander Towers and residents were very friendly and helpful. The pool area is awesome and literally just one step from the beach. You can walk anywhere you want or take the E car through the Circuit app for 1 dollar/person anywhere in their service area. A new Publix is being built right across the street now too, but will not block the view to the intercoastal. The laundry is right across the hall and is a pay laundry with 2 washers and dryers. I thought I would hate this, but it actually was not bad at all even though one of the washers was out of service almost the entire time we were there. Nelly was a wonderful host. She answered every text I sent her almost immediately and was always very polite and eager to help in any way she could. Can't say enough good about our experience and highly recommend Nelly's condo to anyone looking for a rental in Hollywood. Kind of hate giving such a rave review because now everyone will want to rent it and we might not be able to get it when we want to go back, but you have to give credit where credit is due - it's only fair! :)

Wonderful find!

Everything about our stay was relaxing and fun. To fill you in on what you can’t see in the pictures: The bed is really comfortable. The pool is delightful. Its temperature was inviting (never cold), even at 7am. In the early morning the pool is peaceful, with just one or two people about, reading a novel or walking a sleeping baby. In the afternoon it’s lively (but never crowded), with kids playing and adults chatting while floating on noodles. And in the evening, it’s nice because it falls in the shade of the building, and you can be outside without the sunscreen. We stayed for a month. The kitchen was well equipped, having everything we needed. It was also easy and fun to use the barbecues by the pool. Laundry is convenient, just down the hallway. It’s amazing being able to walk outside, past the pool, and be right at the ocean. The beach was so easy to get to, that I even managed to make it there early enough for some beautiful sunrises. Our family had fun swimming in the waves; it’s a beautiful stretch of ocean. The apartment looks out over the intercostal waterway. Since the entire wall of the living room is glass, you get a nice panorama of the sky at sunset, the clouds during thunderstorms, and the city lights at nighttime. Our son slept on the fold-out bed in the living room, and was happy. Great pillows and blankets. When we arrived at midnight, the valet and front desk staff were still at work, and able to help us. I felt very safe in the building. Nelly was a great hostess. Very organized, responsive, and nice.

Had one of the best times here. Perfect location and awesome amenities! Located right at the beach. You can relax at the beach or pool and easily walk down to other places to enjoy drinks/food! Friendly staff and convenient valet parking. Highly recommend!!

Living room area of condo was sparsely furnished. 2 nice lounge chairs would be perfect. Bedroom was very comfortable. Patio was ideal-nice view of Intercoastal. All in all we enjoyed our month’s stay.

Alexander Building on Hollywood Beach

We stayed at Nelly's place on the beach for 3 weeks. The building recently has undergone renovations: new remodeled lobby and new tiles on floors. It's a great location close to major restaurants, Gulf Stream Park and Aventura. Nelly is very responsive and attentive. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice Condo in great location

I had a great time in Nelly's condo and will rent it again. Can't beat the great sunsets you can watch from the balcony, and the pool area is very nice. The Alexander Tower staff is very friendly and helpful.

Thank you for a great vacation! We had a wonderful time and would come back definitely! The owner is very accommodating, very easy check-in check-out, we choose to get VRBO insurance rather than damage deposit and it is a good option that was offered by the owner. This condo has the best location in Hollywood, very clean and equipped with everything we needed for our comfortable stay.

great location on the beach

The apt is great and clean and the beach is amazing !!! The new sofa bed is very comfortable and easy to open to make a full size bed.. There is a king size bed and plenty of room though out the apt.. In the kitchen you have a coffee maker and pots and pans. If you want to go out everything is near by from shops to eating out.. I would come back again and again!!!

Affordable and I love it!

I always thought that in order to stay somewhere homely when you're not actually at home, you would have to spend a fortune. Hotels are not for me, and I never imagined renting an apartment on vacation because I don't have the money. When I heard about this apartment, I could not believe the affordability. I thought someone was playing a joke on me and there were hidden cameras to film my reaction. Thank god there weren't though, because I freaked out! I yelled for joy and had a dance party, population: 1. Looking at the pictures, I thought that there was no way this condo was so inexpensive. I snatched the opportunity before anyone else could book it, and before I knew it, I was in Hollywood. Hollywood, Florida that is. The apartment felt like home, and it was the best decision I ever made. The vacation was very fun, and I could finally sleep at night knowing that I'm not in a small, crowded hotel room. The only thing better than the building's private beach was the building itself. There was a game room, a gym, a pool, a BBQ picnic area, a Jacuzzi, and the location was excellent because there are many shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions(like Billionaire's Row) near by. This was definitely not an all inclusive hotel, it was so much better! I recommend this property to everyone!

Great vacation at the Alexander Towers in Hollywood, Fl.

Very nice stay in this condo. Great view of the Intracoastal from the balcony. The owner is very pleasant and easy to deal with. No problems for the keys. Internet and TV's worked perfectly, although we had to call the owner to find out the Network Key. We now know, it's behind the monitor (the black box) which is on the shelf below the television in the living room. Thank you for a great vacation.

Wonderful experience

This condo provided us a very comfortable stay for the month of February. It was clean and very spacious. The king bed was great and there was ample closet space. Nelly was wonderful to work with and always responded promptly to any questions. We would stay here again!

Stress free vacation.

My girlfriend and I stayed in this great condo for 30 days. This condo is very clean, comfortable and has all the necessities for a wonderful stress free vacation. The beach was great and not too many people on the beach. There is a decent gym and Jacuzzi, great pool and BBQ picnic area is very convenient to use. Lots of shopping and restaurants near by. We really enjoyed visiting Diplomat (Hilton ) hotel next door. The food situation is the best. There is a coffee shop and Steakhouse. There is also a restaurant out by the Hilton's pool which serves Burgers, Wings and Salads. the Hollywood Boardwalk is near by and lots of great places there. We enjoyed our evenings on the balcony overlooking the gorgeous intracoastal waterviews every night! We didn't want to leave. Would definitely stay here again - and would highly recommend it!
