Ideally located, near train station, beach and city center. You can dispense with using your vehicle and do everything on foot.

tout à remettre au goût du jour

Points négatifs : Pas d'accueil, difficile de rentrer avec la clé, WC : pas de lumière (si peu) ,salle de bain : fuite au niveau de la vasque, séjour : cuisine : pas d'aération dans la cuisine 1 jour, j'allume une plaque, le compteur saute. Mezzanine : trop encombrante. Lit clic clac a changer. Electricité à revoir. Stores mal installé. Beaucoup de choses. Points positifs : Baignoire.

Chère Madame Avant votre départ nous avions eu un bon contact téléphonique puis un SMS vous expliquant comme accéder au studio etc ...( sans un petit message de retour ce qui augure jamais rien de bon !). Vous n'avez sans doute pas trouver l'interrupteur dans la kitchenette, concernant l'éclairage : plafonnier dans l'entrée, une lampe halogène, 2 appliques , une lampe sur pied avec 2 abat-jour et un spot pour la mezzanine. Je suis venue après vous, aucune fuite dans la vasque, aucun souci de compteur avec les plaques électriques. Vous n'avez pas su remettre correctement le canapé clic-clac( peut'être la cause de votre inconfort !) Je regrette qu'avec tous ces griefs nous ne m'ayez pas contacter durant votre séjour . J'espère que vous avez apprécié la vue !!

Avant de louer,faire le ménage et vérifier le fonctionnement des plaques électriques ETC ETC !!

Très mauvais séjour dans cet appartement !! Aération toilette très sale,baignoire très sale !!,prise électrique cuisine branlant,plaque électrique ne fonctionne Pas !! Literie inconfortable !! Stores Très Sales a remplacer !! Etc Etc !! Pour moi le ménage n’a pas été fait pour notre arrivé !!

Monsieur Fiquet, Je ne comprends pas votre avalanche de méchancetés pour des détails insignifiants. Nous avions eu un bon contact téléphonique, vous pouviez m'appeler si vous le souhaitiez. Le ménage est toujours effectué avant l'arrivée de mes locataires et le studio était impeccable à votre arrivée. Je suis allée vérifier la plaque électrique, elle fonctionne bien, le lit en mezzanine est de qualité et confortable, un peu moins le canapé clic clac qui est un couchage d'appoint. Je ne me formalise pas, il y aura toujours des gens insatisfaits !!!

Bon emplacement et belle vue

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans ce studio fonctionnel, la vue est belle, l'emplacement est stratégique pour se déplacer à pieds (proche plage, port, centre ville). La résidence est vraiment très calme, idéal pour se reposer. La gérante est facilement joignable et nous communique toutes les précisions par téléphone. Dommage que le balcon ne soit pas un peu plus grand.
