About this property

Nice country house with swimming pool in historical village of Green Provence

Very nice villa (180 m²) in the heart of « Green Provence” with swimming pool and garden (1500 m²). The charm particular of the garden are the dry-stone walls, the big oak trees, palms and lavender. The beautiful pool with furniture for 12, games for children. The swimmable river “Argens” is near the house (250 m). From the house you have à panoramic view of the valley. The house - construct in 2002 - is completely renovated in 2015 and 2021.

Our swimmping pool is heated in the middle season (+/- 27 ° Celsius).

We rent from saturday to saturday. You pay a cash deposit (500 Euros) only on arrival.

Electricity and water costs of the villa and final cleaning add to rent. Bed linen can be rented upon arrival.

Excellent!

We enjoyed a week in Villa Estello in May 2022 and had a fabulous time. The Villa is spacious, well laid out and well equipped. We especially liked the swimming pool and that we could watch our children easily. Our hosts Pascal and Michele were very friendly and went to great trouble to ensure that we enjoyed our holiday, which is much appreciated – thank you! We will definitely return and highly recommend Villa Estello! Best wishes, the Fenn family.

On vous comprend mais pour le moment ce n'est pas prévu et cela est bien indiqué dans l'annonce que la villa n'est pas climatisée. Une climatisation serait un autre niveau de gamme. Mais on y sera peut-être obligé!

très bon accueil, avec une petite surprise à l'arrivée , villa spacieuse, bien équipée en literie , et materiel de cuisine, très calme . Suite à une petite fuite d'eau Mr et Mme LOUVEL sont des personnes très réactives et honnêtes. Nous avons été dépanné dans les 24h00.

Ein wunderschönes optimales Ferienhaus für jedermann

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Estelle war grandios. In diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus in dem alles stimmte haben wir 2 Wochen lang einen erholsamen, entspannten und interessanten Urlaub verlebt. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, schöne Dörfer und mondäne Städte in der gut erreichbaren Umgebung. Die Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit wieder. Estelle ist sehr zu empfehlen. La maison idéale pour une semaine entre amis

La terrasse, la piscine, la maison, tout est là pour passer d'excellents moments. Je recommande cet endroit. Myriam qui s'occupe de l'entretien de la piscine et de la maison est très sympathique. Les propriétaires très réceptifs à mes demandes. Je recommande cette maison.

vacances agréables en famille dans un bel environnement, une maison spacieuse, facile à vivre, avec tout le confort et le matériel nécessaire. Et nous avons même pu profiter de la piscine au début du mois d'avril.Promenades dans la région que nous connaissions déjà un peu. La télévision n'a pas été allumée, les occupations d'extéeieur étant privilégiées. Un petit bémol : peu de réseau, ce qui peut être gênant parfois. Donc tout le monde a été ravi de ce séjour

Das Haus liegt schön abgelegen und trotzdem kann man von dort aus viel unternehmen oder nur am Pool chillen. Meine beiden Hunde haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie waren im nahe gelegenen Kanal jeden Tag baden.

Super semaine passée avec ma famille

Très bonne location ! On a passé une super semaine de vacances ! Pour nous tout était parfait ! Un bémol quand aux voisins qui ne sont pas très tolérants, les personnes qui louent sont en vacances, et il y a une piscine donc oui ça fait du bruit ! On a bien profité !

Nous sommes heureux que notre villa vous ait plu pour passer de belles vacances en famille élargie (vous étiez 11 personnes). Nous sommes cependant désolés et très déçus que vous ne vous rappeliez pas du texte de notre annonce qui stipule que les charges viennent en sus, ni des mails que nous avons échangés au sujet des charges, ni du contrat que vous avez signé, spécifiant le loyer net et l’avance sur charges. En effet, en ce qui concerne la hauteur réelle des charges (compteurs relevés le dernier jour) tout dépend du nombre de personnes occupant la villa, de leurs habitudes, si la piscine est chauffée ou si le locataire se sert du chauffage électrique de la maison (180 m2). Si le locataire de fin octobre le souhaite la piscine reste chauffée à 27 °. Comme ceci représente un coût certain à la charge du locataire nous proposons un loyer hors charges très bas pour une villa de tout confort pour 12 personnes en cette période. Durant le mois d’octobre de cette année les nuits étaient plus fraîches que d’habitude ce qui explique peut-être que vous ayez consommé un peu plus de charges utilisant le chauffage électrique de la maison tout en bénéficiant de la piscine chauffée. Dans votre cas nous pensons qu’il s’agit d’un prix très compétitif dans le sud de la France pour le niveau de prestations fournies durant une semaine de vacances scolaires. Nous nous permettons d’ajouter que vous avez déclaré à Homelidays seulement 1 personne ce qui vous a permis de ne pas payer de taxe de séjour pour les autres adultes. Aussi, vous n’avez pas mentionné les deux chiens qui vous ont accompagnés (il y a normalement une petite taxe par animal, également spécifiée dans l’annonce).

Agréable séjour

Maison très bien agencée permettant de cohabiter à plusieurs couples. Étant donné la grosse chaleur, la climatisation aurait été un plus. La piscine est très agréable. Les différentes terrasses du jardin étaient peu praticables mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé car nous restions au bord de la piscine.

Très belle villa

Nous avons été charmé par cette maison Tout y est , le confort pour petits et grands Le beau temps de la Provence ses villages aux alentours et qq randonnées Nous avons même pu profité de la piscine chauffée c était top L accès à la rivière est au fond du jardin sécurisé ( rassurant avec nos enfants en bas âge quand même ) il y a des canoës avec équipement à disposition mais les enfants étant trop petits nous n avons pas pu en profiter une prochaine année peut être car nous reviendrons!!!

Très bon séjour

Nous avons été très bien accueillis à notre arrivée. La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée. Nous avons profité de la véranda fort utile à cette époque de l'année. La région est splendide.
