Perfect Apartment

I stayed here for 5 weeks. Well appointed, clean apartment just a 10 minute walk from the city center. The outside balcony is a big plus.....and the air conditioning, especially since this fall was very very hot. This was the 4th time I have stayed in St. Remy and I wish I had discovered this apartment sooner.

Séjour dans un appartement très calme et à peu de distance du centre .Pour stationner en ville, il y a pas mal de parkings proches de la vieille ville . Il faudrait y laisser quelques informations sur le fonctionnement des appareils . Nous n'avons pas pu utiliser le lave-linge !

Sehr schöne Wohnung in gepflegter Anlage

Tolle großzügige Wohnung für eine 5köpfige Familie, gepflegte Anlage mit schönem Pool, Ortskern fussläufig problemlos erreichbar, malerisches Städtchen, prima Ausgangslage für verschiedenste Besichtigungen. Einzige negative Punkte: keine Liegen am Pool, Spülmaschine spült Geschirr nicht sauber

Wir waren bereits zum 2. Mal in der Wohnung und haben unseren Aufenthalt wieder sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz für 4 Personen. Die wunderschöne Innenstadt ist fussläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Abends kann man auf dem Balkon den fantastischen Sonnenuntergang genießen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

woning in appartementencomplex op loopafstand van het centrum

De woning heeft 2 eigen parkeerplaatsen en is gedeeltelijk voorzien van airco. 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers, waarvan 1 met douche en 1 met ligbad. Balkon op het zuiden, wel erg warm. Geen tuin. Gebruik van gemeenschappelijk zwembad mogelijk. Verder is alles aanwezig voor een prettig verblijf

Très agréable séjour

Dans un contexte caniculaire, nous avons apprécié la fraîcheur et l'espace de l'appartement très confortable, au calme, pour 4 adultes. La proximité à pied ( 15 min)de Saint-Rémy est un atout majeur! Merci pour la gentille attention rosée qui nous attendait sur la table! S'installer dans l'appartement avant 16h fut également très appréciable! Nous n'hésiteront pas à recommander cet appartement!

Geschmackvolle Wohnung in gepflegter Wohnanlage

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet um einen angenehmen Urlaub verbringen zu können. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Schlafräume liegen alle nach Norden. Durch die Klimaanlagen ist die Temperatur auch an heißen Tagen sehr angenehm zu steuern. Der schöne Pool und das gepflegte Umfeld beim Blick vom Balkon lassen sofort Urlaubsgefühle aufkommen. Die Anlage wird im wesentlichen von Einheimischen bewohnt und liegt in 5-10 Min. fußläufig von der schönen Altstadt entfernt. Der Ort selbst ist an sich schon eine Reise wert. Ob Wochenmarkt am Mittwoch, Shopping und Ausgehen, Museen, Ausgrabungen und Kunstbegeisterte; jeder kommt auf seine Kosten. Interessante Ziele sind in überschaubarer Zeit erreichbar: Avignon und Arles 30 Minuten - Gordes, Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Salon-de-Provence, Pont du Gard 45 Minuten - Nimes, Aix-en-Provence gut 1 Stunde. Die Kommunikation mit Vermieter und Verwalterin geht nur in Französisch. Beide sind sehr nett und schließlich gibt es Übersetzungsprogramme!? Im Ort und an den meisten touristischen Zielen kommt man auch gut mit Englisch zurecht, da die Region auch von vielen Briten besucht wird. Wir würden die Wohnung sofort wieder buchen.

Fantastic apartment in beautiful, tranquil setting

Excellent quality apartment, well furnished. Very comfortable beds and an amazingly well equipped kitchen, probably one of the best I’ve experienced in rentals. Spotlessly clean. Safe secure parking. Short walk to the charming town of St Remy, which speaks for itself with beautiful restaurants and so much history close by. Thank you Virginie, we enjoyed our time at the apartment enormously.

Emplacement idéal

Les points forts de cette location : - L'emplacement à moins de 10' du centre-ville, très utile pour sortir le soir ou aller au marché car les places de stationnement sont rares. - La proximité du centre-ville, tout en étant à l'écart du bruit dans un environnement calme. - La résidence plutôt entretenue et la piscine facilement accessible puisqu'il n'y avait pas trop de monde. - L'appartement est plutôt bien équilibré dans sa composition et les équipements sont suffisants. - Nous avons eu des draps supplémentaires pour des invités ponctuels. - Le balcon agréable avec le prêt d'une plancha et la vue sur la piscine et les Alpilles au loin. - La climatisation, gros point fort l’été en Provence. Les points à améliorer : - Le ménage : les draps étaient tachés et les protections (taies, matelas) n'avaient pas été nettoyés depuis longtemps... De plus, une meilleure communication sur les produits ménagers que nous ne sommes pas autorisés à utiliser (alors qu'ils sont sous l'évier, nous semblait-il à disposition) aurait été préférable. Notre interlocutrice nous les a retirés la 2ème semaine en nous disant qu'on devait acheter tous nos produits ménagers (aucune indication sur abritel ou sur le règlement). Nous avions bien entendu prévu de remplacer les produits utilisés lors du séjour, comme il est coutume dans les locations mais cette méthode nous a un peu déçue et n'incite pas à bien entretenir la location comme nous avons essayé de le faire… - La literie (matelas, oreillers) très molle... Mon conjoint bien moins exigeant que moi, pourrait dormir dans n’importe quelle condition et il a très mal dormi tout comme moi. Sans forcément changer la literie ce qui j'imagine aurait un coût, il existe de fins surmatelas qui pourraient raffermir le matelas sans réinvestir forcément. Ce point nous semble à améliorer, surtout pour les longs séjours... Globalement un bon séjour à la découverte de la Provence ! Heureux d’avoir pu en profiter avant l’instauration des nouvelles contraintes sanitaires « surprises » !

Superbe appartement très bien situé

L'appartement est grand, agréable et bien équipé. Nous avons pu prendre tous nos repas sur la terrasse que nous avons beaucoup appréciée. Quand à la piscine elle est suffisamment grande pour pouvoir y nager ce qui est très agréable. Le centre de Saint-Remy est proche et accessible à pied. Très bon séjour dans cette région pleine de richesses en visites et randonnées.

Superbe appartement

Pour la deuxième fois, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement bien équipé situé à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville de Saint Rémy de Provence. La résidence est toujours aussi calme et très bien entretenue. La piscine sécurisée permet de se détendre après avoir visité la région qui est superbe. Nous recommandons cette location à tout ceux qui souhaitent passer un séjour reposant et découvrir cette belle région.

Excellent séjour

Virginie nous a accueilli chaleureusement et l'appartement est conforme à la description de l'annonce et à notre attente. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir dans cette location très bien située, proche du centre-ville et à proximité des lieux de visite ou de randonnées de cette très belle région que nous avons découvert.
