Welcome to our Destin home located in the gorgeous Crystal Beach community! This piece of paradise at Cabana Club Unit 306 offers direct and unobstructed oceanfront views and is literally steps from the powdery soft, sugar white sand beach! Enjoy your vacation with the comforts and amenities of home all in 1,100 square feet of comfortable living space! Enjoy free Wi-Fi and a 65 inch television in the living area.

Enter your pristine and uncrowded beach with coded access for a day in the sun! Relax on your large balcony with comfortable furniture and enjoy sweeping ocean views while enjoying a hot cup of coffee in the morning or a romantic sunset and glass of wine in the evening!

The kitchen is furnished with full size appliances and equipped with everything needed to prepare casual or gourmet meals. The dining area has a table with seating for four and there are three comfortable bar stools for dining at the breakfast bar. There is also an outdoor area with three large charcoal grills for your use.

This unit can accommodate up to four comfortably. The living area has an elegant tropical feel with a queen size sofa sleeper, two recliners and large 65" flat screen TV. The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, TV, dresser, night stand and spacious closet. You have the convenience of two baths with walk-in showers. Linens are provided and there is a washer and dryer in the unit for your use.

Beach setup of two chairs and one umbrella is provided for a fee via private service each morning. Beach setup is NOT included in the rental price of the condo. There is not a swimming pool located on the grounds of the complex. Private chairs are allowed to be set up behind the rental row of umbrellas. Personal umbrellas, tents, tarps, canopies, or cabanas are not permitted on the beach, with the exception of baby tents which may not exceed 48” in height. Private chairs are allowed to be set up behind the rental row of umbrellas.

A non-refundable cleaning and service fee will be required and is not included in the rental price of the condo. A refundable security deposit will be charged in addition to the rental fee along with Florida sales tax applied to the rental and cleaning fees. This is strictly a non-smoking unit! No pets of any type (including service and/or emotional support animals) are allowed at any time. Cabana Club does not allow pets for guests. Okaloosa County does not allow dogs on the beach.

* No pets of any kind allowed (including service/emotional support animals)
* Beach service (two chairs/one umbrella) is available to rent however, it is not included in the rental
* There is not a swimming pool on the property
* Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
* Check-in is 4:00 P.M. and check-out is 10:00 A.M.
