SUPER BESSE Apartment 4-5 people - at the foot of the slopes - All cozy comfort

The apartment is located right in the center of the Super Besse resort at the foot of the ski slopes. You are close to all the shops in the resort, and 7 km from the medieval city of Besse, in a quiet residence not overlooked.

This fully renovated apartment has a magnificent view of the Cantal mountains and the entire resort. It is exposed south so very bright throughout the day throughout the apartment.
It is a very well equipped apartment of 40m², comfortable and warm for 4-5 people.

Description:
- A living room (flat screen TV + DVD player) with a 140 cm sofa bed
- An equipped kitchen: a fridge, a ceramic hob, an oven, a coffee maker, a microwave, kettle, pressure cooker, toaster, dishwasher, raclette machine, blender, ...
- a bathroom with walk-in shower, and a washing machine
- a storage cupboard in the corridor with everything necessary for cleaning (vacuum cleaner, mop, cleaning products ...)
- A large bedroom with a 140 cm bed - Good mattress (with mattress protection, duvets and pillows) and a 90 cm bed
- separate WC
- A balcony along the length of the apartment: outdoor furniture,
- Possibility of cot, high chair on request
- Ski / mountain bike rental
- Parking space at the bottom of the residence

Winter activities:
75 km ski area connecting Superbesse with the Mont Dore resort (included in the package) and 13 night ski runs until 9 p.m., numerous departure sites for Nordic skiing.
Many non-ski activities (hiking, snowshoeing, dog sledding, large zipline of 1600 m in summer and winter, children's area and sledges, cinema .........)
Night skiing until 9 p.m. on several lighted slopes.

Entertainment program suitable for Families with many activities on site (Resort with the Family + label)

In the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Natural Park and the Sancy Massif, you can practice a multitude of activities
* Hikes around the Lakes and Volcanoes: Puy de Sancy, Lakes (around 10 lakes), Chaudefour Valley, Montchal, Creux de Soucy, Chambourguet, Puy de la Perdrix ...
* Visits: Vulcania, Puy de Dôme panoramic train, Murol Castle, Jonas Caves ...
* Activities: for sports enthusiasts, the Super Besse resort offers many activities: hiking, summer tobogganing, Lac des Hermines, nautical activities, inflatable play area on the lake, Puy de Sancy access, not forgetting the zipline, 1600 m long (the longest descent in Europe) ...

J’ai passé un séjour absolument parfait dans cet appartement ! Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été séduite par la propreté impeccable, la décoration soignée et l’atmosphère chaleureuse du lieu: lumineux, bien agencé, et équipé de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. La localisation est idéale, à proximité des commerces, et des principaux points d’intérêt, tout en étant au calme. l’hôte est accueillante et disponible. Tout a été pensé pour que je me sente comme chez moi.Je recommande cette location les yeux fermés, et je n’hésiterai pas à y revenir lors de mon prochain passage dans la région !

Au 18ème étage, la montagne est dans l'appartement. Du lit, on peut suivre les méandres des skieurs. Exceptionnel !!! Très bon accueil de la propriétaire . Petit bémol, il a beaucoup neigé et l'accès au gite le samedi fut très, très difficile . Et pour se garer, quelle galère . Malgré ces péripéties, que du bonheur pour un séjour inoubliable devant des paysages saturés de blancs magnifiques.Une merveille.....

Très bonne expérience à la tour de la biche. Résidence au pieds des pistes très bien pour les skieurs opérationnels. Juste un peu éloigné de l’ESF pour les skieurs débutants pas encore en capacité de rejoindre le point de rencontre à Ski.
