Very nice and convenient apartment in Tel Aviv

We had a wonderful stay in this Tel Aviv apartment near the beach. We loved the location as it was convenient to the beach and the promenade and easy walks to the shuk, the Tel Aviv port, and Jaffa, The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. We didn't cook in the apartment so I can't speak to the completeness of the kitchen - but the coffee maker was great! The landlord was very responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely go back to this apartment on our next visit.

Great Apartment, Convenient Location

Comfortable apartment, very airy and bright. The location was perfect for us since we did not have a car and went everywhere by bicycle or on foot. Supermarket, bakery and very good fruit store across the street. We were 2 blocks from beach and a short walk to the bus stop on Dizengoff. Bed was comfortable, all electrical systems worked. Wifi was perfect. While the apartment was very clean, the outside of the building and entry way were not. Had the entry way been cleaner and better lit, this would be a five star review.

Great location with coffee shops and grocery stores near by and a short walk to the beach. We rented a car and there is no street parking. We found a car park down the street to keep the car while not on use.

Danke für diese Unterkunft

Wir durften das Objekt der Superlative für 14 Tage bewohnen. Vordergründig funktionell, aber mit der Zeit entdeckten wir viele persönliche Noten, die uns das Vermieterpaar anvertraute (Bilder, Objekte usw.). All unsere Erwartungen an eine FeWo wurden hier weit übertroffen. Sehr freundliche und absolut unkomplizierte Vermieterin, die mit uns beiden sehr höflich wie unkompliziert kommunizierte. Egal ob in Französisch oder Englisch! Alles IST, wie offeriert, nur im realen Leben der Nutzung viel schöner. Das Appartement liegt absolut zentral in Tel Aviv Jaffa. Der öffentliche Nahverkehr ist so nahe, wie Strand, Autovermietungen, Parkhäuser, Geschäfte, zwei Flaniermeilen. Man darf Tel Aviv erleben, wie Tel Aviver leben. Aber man muss nicht. Die beiden Klimaanlagen (bei bis 34° C Außentemperaturen) in der Wohnung, von der man wegen deren Effizienz eh nur eine benötigt;- der klimatisierte Lift in die 4. Etage, der schöne Balkon für den Abend zu zweit, in einem Appartement, in dem alles bereitsteht. Es war uns wirklich eine Ehre, dieses Appartement zeitweilig mieten und benutzen zu dürfen. Man bekommt zwar die Handynr. der Vermieterin, braucht sie aber nicht: weil alles funktioniert, bereitsteht und unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertraf. Auch während der Mietzeit hier und da einfach eine kleine, liebenswerte Nachricht. So konnten wir unsere traumhaften Erlebnisse mit der Sicherheit eines beständigen Domizils angehen und erfahren. Tolle Lage mit bösen Überraschungen

Wir hatten diese Wohnung für 11 Nächte gebucht. Das Haus liegt ideal , um Tel Aviv zu erkunden. Es geht eigentlich alles zu Fuss. Die Wohnungsübergabe war sehr unpersönlich (Schlüssel im Briefkasten), die Vermieterin haben wir nicht gesehen. Zwei Drittel der Miete mussten in bar bei einem Freund vorbei gebracht werden. Die Räume sind etwas spartanisch eingerichtet , im Bad ist die Dusche defekt sowie unsauber, der Kühlschrank war schmutzig. Aber zuerst musste der Stromzähler abgelesen werden. Denn, man beachte: jede verbrauchte KWH wird mit dem 3 fachen des normalen israelischen Strompreises berechnet.Die Vermieterin legt die Gebühren für Kaltwasser, die allgemeinen Anschlussgebühren und den Strom für die Warmwassererzeugung ebenfalls um. Damit wird der 3-fache Strompreis begründet. Man zahlt so auch alle anderen elektrisch betriebenen Geräte der Wohnung mit, unabhängig von deren Benutzung. Diese Zusatzkosten verursachen bei einer Mietdauer von 11 Tagen einen dreistelligen Euro-Betrag. Leider darf ich hier keine konkreteren Angaben machen.Diese Summe entspricht in etwa dem Verbrauch eines 2-Zimmer Appt. in Deutschland pro Monat. Für diese Gesamtkosten geht man dann doch lieber ins Hotel, bekommt sein Bett gemacht, das Zimmer geputzt und hat Frühstück dabei! Wir haben das auch so gehandhabt und sind nach 2 Nächten am Toten Meer in Tel Aviv ins Hotel gezogen. Und damit hat unser Israel- Aufenthalt noch den Spass gebracht, den wir uns vom Eintauchen in das Alltagsleben dort erhofft hatten.

bonjour votre commentaire n a pas manque de nous surprendre! tout d abord nous accueillons en general toujours nos hotes. Comme nous vous l avions indiqué nous etions hors d israel au moment de votre arrivée c est la raison pour laquelle nous vous avions laisse uniquement la cle de l ascenseur dans la boite aux lettres et non celle de l appartement qui s ouvre avec un code. Par ailleurs il est clairement marque sur le site que l electricité est en plus selon relevé au compteur. ce prix comprend les abonnements . Somme toute vous avez fait toute une histoire pour 33 euros de consommation sur 11 jours pour lequel VOUS ETES PARTI SANS PAYER!! Ce montant vous a paru elevé mais je ne pense pas que cela soit comme vous l indiquez le prix de l electricité pour un 2 pieces en location en allemagne et vous oubliez de signaler qu il a fait 13 degrés pendant votre sejour a tel aviv et que vous avez du consommer du chauffage. heureusement que tous nos locataires sont toujours enchantés de leur séjour et que nous ayons jamais de personnes malhonnetes qui partent sans régler ce qu elles doivent . Bon retour chez vous

Happy in Tel Aviv !

Appartement idéalement placé au coeur de Tel Aviv et très proche et de ses meilleures plages. Il est propre et fonctionnel et même spacieux pour un couple. La vue du balcon, la nuit, sur les lumières de la ville est magique... Mais le meilleur c'est la relation avec le couple très sympathique avec lequel on est directement en contact et qui vous accueille avec chaleur, ce qui compense très largement la décoration un peu "spartiate" des lieux (selon des Français plus qu'exigeants, il faut le dire : voila pourquoi 4* et non 5...). Mais en bref nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez M et Mme Journo !

Conforme à la description

Un très bon contact avec les propriétaires qui font tout pour que le séjour se passe dans les meilleures conditions. L'appartement est idéalement situé (proche de la plage et des commerces). L'appartement est propre et bien entretenu avec un espace de vie (salon et cuisine américaine) assez grand. Vous pouvez vous fier aux photos qui correspondent en tout point à l'appartement qui est également bien insonorisé. Si l'entrée de l'immeuble ne paye pas de mine, une fois dans l'appartement, on s'y sent bien!

Tout simplement parfait!

Appartement trés agréable, beaux volumes et extrémement bien situé entre l'avenue Ben Yehuda et Desingoff, à 200 m de la plage et au calme. Terrasse agréable avec vue sur Tel Aviv. Trés bien équipé et accueil trés sympathique. Nous le louerons à nouveau la prochaine fois que nous viendrons à Tel Aviv.

The location of the apartment with the beautiful terasse is great. In a few minutes you reach the nicest part of the beach. From the apartment we enjoyed the free outlook at Tel-Aviv. It is very well equiped and we felt like home. The busstation in Frishman Street makes excursions easy. Also supermarkets are close. Anyway we can recommend it anytime again.

Agréable séjour dans la location Mapu

Après quatre séjours en deux ans dans cet appartement à deux pas de Dizengoff et un saut de puce de la plage je me réjouis à l’idée d’y revenir. Rien ne manque dans cette location spacieuse et très bien équipée près de toutes commodités, pharmacie, super marquet, synagogue, restaurants assure Un agréable environnement. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse des bailleurs toujours à l’écoute des besoins de leurs clients et qui se soucient de leur bien être. Un petit chez soi proche de la plage

L'appartement est idéalement situé, entre la célèbre rue Dizengoff et la plage. Très bon quartier. Emplacement formidable, proche commerces. La vue est imprenable. L'appartement était vaste et bien équipé. Seul bémol: le matelas, un peu mou, mais j'ai le dos très sensible. Studio propre.

"Nous avons été très bien acceuilli par les propriétaires dès l''arrivée à l''aéroport : contacts téléphoniques pour nous guider et le propriétaire nous attendais . Formalités rapide .Grand appartement , lumineux , tranquille et sécurisé. Rien ne manque . Le balcon est très long et donne une vue magnifique sur la ville. A 5mn de la plage . Immeuble représentatif de l ''architecture de Tel Aviv.Proche de tous commerces. Nous avons aimé et nous y reviendrons. Une bonne adresse."
