Possibility to rent for the film festival interesting price or congress, several summer months (decreasing prices). Vehicle necessary, large private parking. the house is located 5 minutes from the town and its many shops.

Großartige Aussicht

Toller Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Umgebung zu Fuß ins Wandergebiet, mit dem Auto in die Städte oder per Fähre auf die Insel. Der Abend am Pool und auf den Terassen rundet das Erlebnis ab.

Vacance en Famille

La maison à tous ce qu'il faut pour passer de belle vacances. De grande chambre avec des lits confortable, le linge propre et la cuisine à tous ce qu'il faut. La piscine très propre et les chaises longues était en nombre suffisant. Par contre si je peut me permettre une petite remarque qui augmenterai le charme de votre maison, c'est l'entretien des allentours par exemple, enlever les herbes sauvage sur le parking et autour de la piscine mettre des plantes de couleur et peut être arranger un peu plus le terrain autour de la piscine. Aussi 2 parassolles de plus auprès de la pisicine serrait avantageux. Ceci n'est pas à prendre comme critique mais comme Idee. Je peut just confirmer que nous avons passé un très beau sejour et nous recommandons la maison.

Tout était absolument parfait. La villa est très bien agencée et impeccablement propre. La terrasse et la piscine sont très agréable donnant une vue imprenable sur la mer. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur excellent accueil, leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse. Nous recommandons la villa sans aucun doute.

A ne pas recommander même par un bon prix

Mobilier OK, piscine en bon état, alentours piscine état vétuste et dangereux, souris dans les murs en carton, alentours de la maison délabré. Mauvais fonctionnement de la climatisation, propriétaire impoli. Sur place 2 salles de bains avec WC, une salle de Douche et deux WC séparés ainsi que 1 Douche extérieure mais par contre 5 salles de Bains annoncées par Abritel.

Für Familien und Freunde

Super Aussicht, sehr schöner Pool mit 2 Tiefen, grosses Haus mit grossen Zimmern und mit Bad. Klimaanlage effizient, WLAN auf Terrasse leider sehr schwach. Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und diskret (Poolreinigung). Einkaufen 5 Minuten mit Auto (alle grossen Zentren). Preis/Leistung: Haus ist renovierungsbedürftig (Zimmertüren quietschen, Fugen in Badezimmer). Dies wäre ok, leider liess auch die Grundsauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Es machte den Anschein als würde keine aussersaisonale Reinigung stattfinden. Wir empfehlten den Besitzern Wert darauf zu legen. Abgesehen davon konnten wir einen schönen Urlaub verbringen.

Very helpful owner

Our stay at this property was very good. The pool was fabulous and the owner was most helpful when my husband got an ear infection. She arranged an appointment with a local doctor who sorted it straight away. Thank you for a great stay.

Villa magnifique très spacieuses, grandes chambres avec salle de bain et toilettes privés, chaque chambre à une magnifique terrasse. mobilier haut de gamme, déco soignée, maison très propre et très bien entretenue. Agréable terrasse, grande piscine ensoleille, vue dégagée sur la mer et la côte, grand espace barbecue.... une maison de rêve, un séjour en famille très agréable dans cette belle villa, les propriétaires sont charmants, nous y retournerons avec plaisir... à conseiller sans hésiter. .. voiture indispensable

Superbe villa spacieuse avec des chambres indépendantes avec salle de bain privée. Nous avons passé des moments inoubliables autour du barbecue en pierre sans oublier la grande piscine avec vue mer sur la baie de Cannes. Le proprietaire est chaleureux et passionné par sa villa et la région. Nous y retournerons !
