Have it all during your Whistler getaway: a beautiful ski in/ski out 1 bedroom condo with a comfortable pull out couch in the living room, a private balcony with a BBQ, overlooking the coniferous forest, and a fully appointed kitchen. Indulge in the 5 star amenities: year-long heated outdoor pool and 3 hot tubs right on the slopes, gym, underground parking (for a fee), complimentary ski valet, shared media room and lounge, rental ski shop. The condo is located in the Upper Village (patios, restaurants, shops, kids camp, etc), a 6 min walk to the lower village. The free daily shuttle is also a great option if you do not feel like walking via the scenic trail.

One of the only true ski in/ski out of Whistler-Blackcomb: the best location to enjoy everything the mountain and village have to offer. Leave your car in the underground parking, and explore it all by foot (or skis!). You'll have direct access to the pedestrian walkways connecting all areas of Whistler Village and its restaurants, patios, shops, boutique, nightlife, etc.

Or alternatively, get settled in the condo, relax by the fireplace, cook a meal, and enjoy the fresh mountain air and forest view out on the balcony. This building is known for having one of the best location in Whistler-Blackcomb, and this unit has one of the best location of the building: located on the quiet forest side, away from the hot tubs and pool, and away from the main road. This large 1 bedroom unit is very private, and boasts a beautiful forest view and western sunny afternoon exposure. The king-sized bed is also known for being quite comfortable.

Wireless internet and flat screen TV with cable included. Ski rental shop right in the building, for your convenience. Secure underground parking in the building (for a fee - payable upon arrival via the parkade machine) which also includes secure bike storage.

Way too expensive for what it was worth. The cleaning fees are overpriced for this tiny space and there is an additional staying fee on top of it all No cupboards or desks to store any clothing or personal belongings. I can’t see more than two people staying there.

Cozy Condo with Excellent Location and Anenities

We had a wonderful time staying here. The location is amazing - it is so close to the Blackcomb base. The amenities are also top notch - three different hot tubs and the heated pool is actually a good temperature. Parking is not ideal if you have a cargo box and an SUV/truck, you'll be asked to remove the cargo box and store it in a caged area. Comfy bed, had everything we needed. I'm hoping to come back again in the future.

Location is good but.........

Julie's condo would be great for those wanting ski in/out access to the Mountain. The Aspens hot tubs and the pools are clean and are welcome retreat after a day on the slopes and there is easy access to the Village. The unit itself was certainly not well maintained with dirty and visibly stained duvet covers, moldy and ripped shower curtain, broken television in the Master bedroom,dirty BBQ,dirty oven ware in the drawer,only two dinner knives... but crazy amount of forks,as well as food under the couch. I have had so many great stays all over the world with VRBO and this was my first unpleasant experience and I would not recommend Julie's property at this time.

Not Clean

Arrived to property. Noticed food in the sink, food on stove top, food crumbs on the floor and food splatter on the wall and cupboard. The bathroom had a dirty sink counter, as well as, hair on bathroom wall and baseboard. The bedroom Nightstand had spilled soda marks. Living room couch bed had pillows but without pillowcases. Couch throw blanket was rolled up in a ball on the floor. Surfaces were all dusty. I messaged the owner through the VRBO app. When she responded we were already settled and starting to prepare dinner. She offered to attempt to find us a different unit to stay in but that was even more of an inconvenience to us since we had guests arriving for dinner. The owner stated that they were not able to reach the cleaning crew. I asked for cleaner and paper towels so I could clean and sanitize the unit myself for there was none in the unit. The owner later texted me and said a cleaner would arrive sometime on Friday and to text her photos of the filth. I did send photos and never received a response. Someone did access the unit, without notification, but the unit was not cleaned nor were pillowcases left for the couch bed. I messaged the owner again to let her know that the unit was never cleaned and she never responded. It is always unacceptable to rent out an uncleaned unit, but even more so now during this pandemic. I am very dissatisfied
