Il Noce is an incredible place to stay - beautiful and spacious, inside and out. Very clean and comfortable and the views are fantastic. The pool is very clean and a great place to while a way a few hours. Beatrice and Samuel were impeccable hosts - nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

A delightful bolt hole in beautiful Tuscany

We were halfway through a month travelling in Italy and wanted a quiet secluded villa to relax for a week. Il Noce is beautifully kept and the infinity swimming pool with views over the Tuscan hills is stunning. A truly memorable and fantastic week relaxing eating and drinking in a beautiful setting. Beatrice was a fantastic host and we would recommend the villa.

Spectacular

This is an amazing property. The pictures do not give you a sense of how large the villa really is. The structure is very old and has been renovated to respect history, but incorporate modern conveniences. Beatriz is a magnificent host.

Our stay at Beatrice’s was flawless from start to finish. She has excellent, prompt communication and was always available. She made a dinner reservation at a near by seafood restaurant that was one of the best meals of our trip.We also booked a catered meal with Beatrice and her partner Samuele, which was a highlight of our entire trip. Highly recommend anyone who stays here to do the same! The house and grounds are larger and more beautiful than the photos show. The view of the rolling hills, especially from the pool area is something I will think of often. There are olive trees, huge rosemary bushes, cactus and flowers all over the property. You’ll see local birds, little lizards and the odd cat on the property. Something our young kid’s enjoyed very much. Beatrice’s home had everything we needed for our weeks stay. The house is a mix of modern and classic old world charm. It has been beautifully restored.I am so happy we chose to stay here and would love to return in the future.

Beautiful and comfortable with a great view

We travelled as a family of five for two weeks in october to tuscany. We enjoyed the time in this wonderful house. The big garden was perfect for the kids and it was very important for me, that the the pool is fenced. The many seating options in the garden ensured that you always found a place in the sun. The house is decorated with lots of love and all the plants and other little details make us feel very comfortable. There are few games & toys for younger children. If you need more, take them with you. From the house you need between 1-1.5 hours to all the cities and points of interest in tuscany. The road to the house was 2km of unpaved road with gravel and small hills everywhere for rain run-off, which made these short 2km take about 10 minutes. We found everything we needed for our holidays and Beatrice was the best host. She baked an delicious vegan Schacciata for us and we ordered some Pizzas at the last evening in her Restaurant, which is not far from the house.

Perfekt - just perfect

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in gepflegtem Ferienhaus

Super Entspannung, Natur, Kultur!

Vielen Dank Beatrice.
