A fantastic property with everything you would want for a break in the Tuscan hills.

I can’t speak highly enough of the property or Beatrice. Everything thing was perfect from the villa and the pool to Beatrice’s home cooked food and local made wines and olive oil. We would definitely like to return again.

Fabulous!

We had a great week at this amazing villa which truly home from home and more. It is in such a quiet and beautiful location and filled with everything you could want. Add to that Beatrice cooking us a super meal and inviting us to the family grape harvest, what more could we want. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope we might visit again some day.

A delightful bolt hole in beautiful Tuscany

We were halfway through a month travelling in Italy and wanted a quiet secluded villa to relax for a week. Il Noce is beautifully kept and the infinity swimming pool with views over the Tuscan hills is stunning. A truly memorable and fantastic week relaxing eating and drinking in a beautiful setting. Beatrice was a fantastic host and we would recommend the villa.

Beautiful house, renovated. Big property, with huge garden( olivetrees, apricot trees etc) with nice view over the valley. Beatrice and Mauro take good care and are very helpfull. Easy to go to florence, lucca and sienna.

Spectacular

This is an amazing property. The pictures do not give you a sense of how large the villa really is. The structure is very old and has been renovated to respect history, but incorporate modern conveniences. Beatriz is a magnificent host.

Beautiful and comfortable with a great view

We travelled as a family of five for two weeks in october to tuscany. We enjoyed the time in this wonderful house. The big garden was perfect for the kids and it was very important for me, that the the pool is fenced. The many seating options in the garden ensured that you always found a place in the sun. The house is decorated with lots of love and all the plants and other little details make us feel very comfortable. There are few games & toys for younger children. If you need more, take them with you. From the house you need between 1-1.5 hours to all the cities and points of interest in tuscany. The road to the house was 2km of unpaved road with gravel and small hills everywhere for rain run-off, which made these short 2km take about 10 minutes. We found everything we needed for our holidays and Beatrice was the best host. She baked an delicious vegan Schacciata for us and we ordered some Pizzas at the last evening in her Restaurant, which is not far from the house.

Wunderschönes Haus, sehe schöner großer Garten, herrliches Panorama, ein supertoller Pool. Hier kann man wirklich entspannen.Jedoch ist das Haus in der Einflugschneise von Florenz, so dass über den Tag verteilt 20 Flugzeuge passieren. Die letzten 1,5 km der Anfahrt sind wirklich besser für SUVs geeignet, aber es lohnt sich auf alle Fälle. Das Ferienhaus ist Teil eines großen Anwesens, so dass das Haus aus drei Teilen besteht, wie bei einem Dreispänner oder Doppelhaushälfte. Und wir bewohnten einen dieser drei Teile. Wichtig ist, dass wir völlig für uns waren, Garten und Pool mussten wir mit niemand teilen und niemand konnte über den Zaun zu uns schauen. Wir empfehlen, den städtischen Bereich von Lastra a Signa zu meiden, da dieser schon zum Einzugsbereich von Florenz gehört. Lieber nach Süden (Montelupo oder San Miniato) oder Westen (Vinci, Artimino) orientieren. Bedenke, dass hier die Geschäfte sonntags zu haben und dass auch zwischen 12 und 16 Uhr Städte und Dörfer schlafen.Schräg gegenüber hat Beatrice ein eigenes Haus, in das sie gelegentlich Gäste einlädt. Auch das stört nicht.

Absolutes Traumobjekt. Riesiges Grundstück mit freiem Blick und sehr schönem Pool. Sehr großzügiges Haus, welches liebevoll und modern restauriert wurde. Nur rund 10 Minuten zum Supermarkt und 30 Minuten nach Florenz-Zentrum. Perfekt um tagsüber Florenz zu erkunden und abends die Ruhe und Aussicht zu genießen.

Heerlijke vakantie

Genoten, mooi huis en heerlijk rustig met een prachtig uitzicht. Zwembad is ideaal met kleine kinderen (loopt langzaam af en is omheind). Winkels zijn lekker dichtbij en ook Florence is met trein en auto binnen een half uurtje bereikbaar.

Die letzten km zur Unterkunft gehen über einen sehr holprigen Feldweg aber der Pool mit dem Ausblick sind die Anfahrt wert.

Perfekt - just perfect

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem unglaublich schönen Haus. Alles war noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Der Pool ist einzigartig. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich hergerichtet Handtücher gab es auch mehr als genug. Der Garten ist komplett umzäunt und mit Olivenbäumen und Weinreben geziert. Vom Pool aus hat man einen traumhaften Blick über die Toskana. Beatrice hat uns herzlich willkommen und war immer erreichbar, wenn wir Olivenöl oder Wein nachbestellen wollten 😉. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Wunderschöner Urlaub - Traumlocation

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einer Traumlocation. Das Haus und der Garten sind liebevoll angelegt und haben viele schöne Details. Die Vermieterin samt Familie sind sehr herzlich und erfüllen alle Wünsche. Der Pool samt Blick haben wir noch nirgends so gefunden. Wir konnten super entspannen und werden nächstes Jahr gleich wieder kommen. :-)

Tolles Anwesen

Ein tolles Anwesen in super Lage. Der Pool war für die Kinder das Highlight des Urlaubs. Wir Erwachsenen und der Hund haben das ausgedehnte Grundstück und die Wandermöglichkeiten im direkten Umfeld sehr genossen (Augen auf - Stachelschweine und noch mehr). Das Haus selbst ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und gepflegt. Die Vermieter waren äußerst hilfreich und um unser Wohl bemüht. Die Lage in der Nähe von Florenz und nicht allzu großer Entfernung zu vielen anderen, sehenswerten Städten sind ein großes Plus. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub!

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in gepflegtem Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, alles passte! Wermutstropfen: Landeanflug auf Florenz – man sitzt in der Einflugschneise. Aber nur morgens früh und am Abend störend. Nicht aufgeführt in der Beschreibung ist, dass das Ferienhaus eine Haushälfte ist. Der Nachbar wohnt dort fix, hat Hund und Kind und Auto, was immer mal wieder zu hören ist – kann nachts auch mal stören. Der letzte Kilometer auf dem Weg zum Haus (Casa Il Noce) ist nur mit guten Stoßdämpfern befahrbar, nicht geteert, sehr viele Bremsschwellen… langsam fahren! Die Lage vom Pool ist fantastisch – von da aus schaut man direkt ins Land. Das Angebot bekocht zu werden haben wir 1x angenommen, sehr lecker! Sehr freundliche und liebevolle Gastgeber. Eine Flasche Wein zum Empfang, zwischendurch mal Kuchen… Schönes und weitläufiges privates Gelände, mit reifen Trauben und wunderbaren Kaktusfrüchten, auch für einen Hund geeignet– unserer hat sich wohl gefühlt… Preis/Leistung: angemessen. Nach Florenz am besten von Lastra a Signa in 16 Minuten mit dem Zug, erspart Parkplatzprobleme in der Stadt. Leckere Pizza in der einzigen Pizzeria in Malmantile. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super Entspannung, Natur, Kultur!

Das Haus war schön, geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet, in toller Ruhelage mitten in der Natur. Der Pool war fantastisch konzipiert und ebenfalls eingebettet in die Natur. Die Gastgeberin Beatrice sehr nett und gastfreundlich. Es gab Wein und Kuchen als Willkommensgruß. Die Lage des Hauses ist hervorragend für Ausflüge in die Städte der Umgebung. Ein toller Urlaub zum Entspannen und für Kulturhungrige. Wir machen sicher noch einmal dort Urlaub.

Wundervolle Ferien

Wir konnten zwei wunderschöne Urlaubswochen in diesem herrlichen Feriendomizil verbringen. Das Ferienhaus Il Noce übertrifft alle Erwartungen, das Haus ist vollständig eingerichtet, wirklich nichts hat uns (4 Personen plus Hund) gefehlt und liebevolle Details runden das Gesamtpaket ab. Der Garten und vor allem der wirklich traumhaft schöne Pool laden zum Verweilen ein. Da wir fantastisches Wetter mit enormen Temperaturen hatten, haben wir ganze Tage nur am Pool verbracht. Ein Traum. Bis zum nächsten größeren Supermarkt in Lastra a Signa fährt man ca.20 min, dafür bekommt man dort alles für den täglichen Bedarf in großer Auswahl und Frische. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank Beatrice.
