About this property

Park and Walk to Beaches, Bay, Shopping, Bars and Dining

Clean, neat and centrally located! The bedroom furniture includes a queen bed in the master, a queen bed in a second bedroom and bunk beds (sleeping capacity 3) in the third bedroom. Please remember to bring sheets and towels. There are three TVs.
The entire property has been updated inside and out.
If you would like access to the owner's private pool, (for an additional fee) this may be available. Please inquire with the owner to see if the pool is available during your stay, what the hours are and what the fee is.

PLEASE NOTE: THE POOL IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED.

Property offers off street parking, screened in front porch, and three bedrooms. Outside shower, gas grill, full size washer and dryer. Two blocks to The Reeds (for those who need a weekend rental for attending a wedding). Two blocks to Freds and other local downtown shops, theatre and restaurants. Walk 2 blocks to beach. Enjoy the playground and basketball court directly across the street. Very close to WaWa and Springer's Ice Cream.
We are pet friendly... Please inquire with owner. There is an additional fee for a pet.

There are (4) beach passes for your use during your stay.

Long term off season (October through April) rates negotiable. Contact owner.

REMINDER: Sheets and towels are not provided with this rental.

Loved this rental! Could not ask for a more accommodating and friendly host. Location was perfect, we were able to walk to everything - beach, bay, shops, restaurants which is a major win with small children. Rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Amazing all around! We will absolutely be back!

Absolutely fantastic. My sister and I take my mom to the beach every year. We needed a one floor home that could accommodate my mom's mobility issues. This place was perfect. It was spotless and one of the cleanest rentals I've ever stayed in. It has a great location, just one block from the stores and shops. And just two blocks from the beach. The host is very easy to work with. Can't wait to return.

Even better than the pictures!

We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious the accommodations were. The pictures do not do it justice, the main living area and front porch were lovely, kitchen well equipped, bedrooms comfortable. Would recommend to friends and stay here again.

My sister and I stayed at Lori's property over Memorial Day weekend with my teenage daughter and four of her friends. The house was perfect - clean, comfortable and close to everything! Lori was responsive to our questions and feedback and ensured we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property in our absolute favorite beach town!
