"'L'Olivera" (Catalan Tourism Registry Number HUTT-006201), is a beautiful villa located in a quiet area at the entrance of the town and its more than 10 km of beaches. The house is tastefully decorated and has all the details. It is the ideal house for family tourism. It has a large garden, a large swimming pool with child safety, a barbecue area with an outdoor dining area and free WIFI. Its good location facilitates access to all services (supermarkets, beaches, bars, restaurants, train station,...). Car parking is free throughout the town and beaches.
Plot of 750 square meters (250 square meters of house plus 500 square meters of garden).

The house has a lot of privacy and beautiful views since most of the garden has no neighbors. We have a garage and free parking right at the main entrance.
The house has all the comforts included in the price: bed sheets, towels, free Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, appliances, .... and the final cleaning of the house.
The town is located in a privileged place on the Costa Dorada, with extensive and beautiful beaches and surrounded by mountains. This allows you to practice different water and mountain sports: kayaking, windsurfing, mountain biking, paddle surfing, hiking, fishing...

Couldn’t have been better!

The house and its owners more than lived up to our high expectations and their fantastic reviews. The surroundings are quiet, it is a twenty minute walk to the beach, but there is a bus free to use for all. We had been looking for some time for a place where we didn’t have to have a car, and this was perfect. We, an extended family of 8 people, 3 generations, ranging from 2,5 to 67, had the time of our life in the spacious house! On top of this the owners are more than helpful and generous, always only a text message away!

Perfect villa for a relaxed family vacation

The villa was excellent, even better than the pictures. The kids absolutely loved the 900 year old tree with swings on and all the children's toys that are available for them to play with. The house is tastefully decorated and has lots of different areas you can relax in. David is also a great host, very accommodating and helpful. Location wise. The town is very quiet, which isn't neccesarily a bad thing because if you do want something a bit more upbeat cambrilles and salou are only a 15 min drive away. It was exactly what we were looking for in a family holiday.

Wonderful place, fab holiday!

We had a fantastic time staying here for the week. There were 9 of us from 3 - 69 years and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The house was beautiful, the pool and garden were pristine and we had everything we could need. The host David went above and beyond what we expected of him, giving us lots of helpful information of the area and even giving us a lift to the beach after we had dropped off our luggage so we could enjoy our arrival day. I would thoroughly recommend this villa to families as it has everything you need for an enjoyable, relaxing break away. The town is a 10 minute car ride away and the beach was beautiful and never too busy. Thank you David for a wonderful holiday and for your hospitality and help whilst we were your guests.

Lovely Villa

The Villa was perfect for us. David and his wife made us welcome the gated pool was great much needed in the hot sun. The 2 supermarkets were a 10 minute walk away and very good. There is also a store there that sells everything. The train station is about 20 minute walk One of my daughter's, her husband and 12 year old granddaughter walked to the beach a couple of times took them about 25 minutes. But the rest of us took taxis. Paco taxis were brilliant picked us up at the airport and we used them a few times to go down to the beach or restaurant. I wouldn't say the area is very touristy seems to be more for the Spanish holiday maker. Very clean and modern. If your looking for a nice quiet holiday you can't beat it.

Tolles Haus - tolle Gastgeber

Wir haben mit 2 Paaren dort unseren 14-tägigen Urlaub verbracht. Die Vermieter/Gastgeber sind absolute Spitzenklasse!!! Bereits einige Tage vor der Anreise erfolgte dererseits die Kontaktaufnahme. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und detailliert in das Objekt eingewiesen. David war für uns jederzeit erreichbar und gab uns während des Urlaubes ganz viele Tipps bezüglich Wanderungen, Restaurants, Zugverbindungen, etc. Das Objekt ist absolut gepflegt, liebevoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Outdoorküche mit den sonnengeschützen Sitzmöglichkeiten ist klasse. Zudem gibt es eine weitere überdachte Terrasse, die auch bei Regen gut genutzt werden kann. Der Pool ist schön groß und ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Insgesamt eine ruhige Endlage am Ende der Straße. Bis ins Ortszentrum sind es knappe 15 Gehminuten, 2 Supermärkte sind 3 Autominuten entfernt. Wir haben eine tolle Zeit dort verbracht und kommen bestimmt wieder. Ganz herzlichen Dank

Nous avons été accueillis par les propriétaires autour d’une agréable collation préparée par leurs soins. La maison est identique à la description et bien plus encore. Le propriétaire nous a fait part des activités à réaliser dans le secteur, des offres promotionnelles et s’est rendu disponible à n’importe quelle heure. C’est la première fois que nous rencontrons des propriétaires aussi gentils, investis et serviables. Nous recommandons cette location les yeux fermés.

A Home from Home

David and his family made us very welcome at his house. He communicated with us prior to our trip to ensure everything was ok and to provide us with directions. He was the perfect host throughout our stay providing us with information if we needed it. We had a family holiday there with our children's families including our 2 grandchildren. The house was perfect, it was clean and very comfortable. The pool was welcome especially after our journey and on hot days. The play areas were ideal for the little ones especially with being in the shade. The pool being fenced off making the garden safe for the little children to play. Two big supermarkets are within a 10 minute walk from the house and the railway station is just behind the supermarkets providing services to Tortosa, Tarragona and Barcelona. The house is beautifully furnished with plenty of seating for 10. The outdoor eating area was great especially with the bbq area. Thank you David for making us feel welcome and your wonderful hospitality.

Nous avons reçu un accueil des plus chaleureux avec un pot d'arrivée dans une splendide villa amenagée avec goût et praticitée. David et sa femme nous ont meme offert durant notre séjour des tortillas maison !!! Quel délice ! Ce sont des personnes trés agréables et prêt à tout pour que votre séjour dans leur maison soit parfait. Nous partons en Espagne depuis 7 ans, c'est incontestablement le meilleur accueil et la meilleure maison que nous ayons eu. Brilliant better than expected. Really cant recommend enough david & wife just want you to be happy

We had a fantastic time and couldn't ask for more. David was so helpful and kept us upto date with all tourist information. Him and his wife couldn't do enough to help us all. Wheb we arrived we have nibbles and snacks on the table as well as drinks for us all. We went as 2 families children age ranging from 5 to 18. The pool was lovely and clean and so waa the villa. We would highly recomend and would be definately looking to return at some point. We didnt hire a car and didnt feel the need for it. Its a 20 min walk to the town and beach and 10 to the train station. There is also a free bus if required. David also offered to take us into the village. He was so lovely my 5 year old son even gave him the biggest of hugs as we left. If you are considering booking dont hesitate you really wont be disappointed.

Séjour magnifique à hospitalet

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cette magnifique villa excellent située. La maison est parfaite, fidèle à la description et aux photos. La superbe piscine permet de se detendre et la mer est à 5mn. Enfin les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse et d'une disponibilité rarement vue. Ils nous renseignaient sur les activités à proximité, les horaires de train pour Barcelone. A notre arrivée l'accueil était parfait et ils nous avaient préparés des en cas pour le soir. Une maison à recommander à tous ceux qui veulent passer de bonnes vacances.

Erste Rezession meines Lebens

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 3 Kleinkindern vor Ort. Schon im Vorfeld hatte sich David bei mir gemeldet und Kleinigkeiten abgeklärt. Bei unserer recht späten Ankunft empfing uns ein sehr gut gelaunter David mit seiner tollen Frau. Er zeigte uns ganz genau das Haus, wichtige Kleinigkeiten wie Mückenstecker etc. Am Ende ging es in das Wohnzimmer, wo uns ein liebevoll zubereitetes Menü erwartet hat. Am nächsten Tag begutachteten wir das Haus und die Umgebung. Das Haus sieht noch schöner und gemütlicher aus, als es die Bilder ausdrücken können. Es ist sehr gepflegt und es gibt für die Kinder viele Spielsachen. Der tolle Pool ist umzäunt, so dass die Kinder nicht alleine dorthin gelangten. Supermärkte sind sehr nah, das Stadtzentrum ist schnell zu erreichen (5 Autominuten) und der Strand (8Autominuten)auch. Die Gegend ist nicht von Touristen überlaufen und so hat sich ein wundervoller Urlaub entwickelt. David hat mir per WhatsApp sehr viele Möglichkeiten geschickt, was wir besuchen und besichtigen können. Er gab uns Ermäßigungen für den Wasserpark und war immer da, wenn wir in brauchten. Er war aber nie so präsent, dass es irgendwie gestört hätte. Wenn etwas kaputt ging, hat er schnell und unkompliziert ausgetauscht bzw. repariert. Rundherum kann ich jeden empfehlen, dieses Haus und die Gegend zu besuchen. Ich hatte nebenbei einmal angemerkt, dass ich verschiedene Tapas nirgendwo in Spanien gesehen habe. Am letzten Tag hat Davids Frau uns tatsächlich Tapas und Frittata gemacht. Einfach spitzenmäßig, sehr gastfreundschaftlich und unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen. Es waren für uns tolle 14 Tage.

La casa está súper bien y tiene de todo! Los dueños muy amables han estado pendientes de que no nos faltara de nada, gracias! La piscina, la terraza chill-out y la barbacoa lo mejor! Muy recomendable!

Ein sehr gemütliches und gepflegtes Haus und Grundstück

Wir sind mit Kindern und Enkelkindern da gewesen und es hat allen gut gefallen auch für die Kleinen war viel Spielzeug vorhandenen.Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt.David war auch sehr bemüht uns den Aufenthalt angenehm zu machen

Wie ein Besuch bei Freunden! Wunderschöner Urlaub!

Wir sind durch die tollen Bewertungen auf das Haus aufmerksam geworden und können uns wahrlich nur anschließen. Sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Garten und der Pool sind sehr schön und groß. Zu Fuß sind es ungefähr 20 Minuten bis zum tollen Strand. Das Haus liegt in einer schönen Gegend. Bis zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten. David und seine Frau sind wunderbare Gastgeber! Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und im Haus warteten schon ein paar Snacks mit kühlen Getränken auf uns, was uns nach der langen Fahrt sehr entgegen kam. David hat uns über Attraktionen und Ausflugsziele informiert und hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für unsere Fragen. Das Haus eignet sich auch hervorragend für ein Urlaub mit kleinen Kindern. Der Poolbereich ist eingezäunt und es gibt einige tolle Spielsachen für die Kleinen im Garten. Eins steht für uns fest, wir kommen wieder!
