The house is located inside a residence with a swimming pool (open 15 June - 15 September). It is composed of a patio (where it is possible to have lunch or dinner), a small garden, a living room entrance with cooking area; on the first floor there is a double bedroom and a children's bedroom with 3 single beds (2 that can be placed side by side) and a bathroom. The house is equipped with split air conditioning, kitchen, oven, washing machine and color TV.
