Near to the crystalline sea, in front of Bergeggi Island that is part of the Regional Protected Area and a Marine Reserve.
Beautiful beach and a wonderful view. The apartment is composed of a very nice living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing-machine, toaster, a big refrigerator with freezer, two big/confortable bedrooms (one with queen-size bed, 1 with two single bed and a chair-bed,) bathroom with bath/tub/shower. Free WIFI
Cleaning fees: 60€ +15€ for each animal

Die Ferienwohnung bietet einen unvergleichlichen Blick entlang der Küste von der Isola Bergeggi bis Noli. Morgens kann man sehen wie Fischernetze ausgelegt werden, tagsüber Schwimmer und Stand Up Paddler beobachten und abends sieht man die erleuchteten Schiffe am Horizont (u.a. die Fähren von Vado Ligure nach Korsika). Wir wurden von Daniela sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war sauber und erfüllte alle unsere Erwartungen. Viel Platz, gute Betten und eine Küchenausstattung, die es auch erlaubt etwas Gutes zu kochen. Wir waren Ende September dort, daher waren ein großer Teil der Wohnungen im Haus und in den Nachbarhäusern nicht bewohnt. Es ging daher eher ruhig zu. Abends mit einem guten Essen und einem Glas Wein auf dem Balkon zu sitzen und zu warten wie die Sonne untergeht ....das war schon unvergleichlich. Die Strasse unten vor dem Haus hat uns dabei nur wenig gestört. Den Strand haben wir nicht zum Baden, sondern nur zum Laufen genutzt. Über die Qualität der Balneari können wir daher nichts sagen. Die Umgebung bietet sehr viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Ein Bummel in Spotorno, Noli und Savona sollte nicht fehlen, aber auch Albenga oder kleinere Orte in den Bergen im Hinterland (z.B. Castelvecchio di Rocca Barbera) sind sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank an Daniela für die unkomplizierte und herzliche Betreuung! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wohnung in Bergeggi - Torre del Mare

Die Wohnung ist sicher funktionstüchtig, müsste aber wieder auf einen neueren Stand gebracht werden. Dazu gehört sicherlich die Elektro-Installation, speziell Steckdosen (zu wenige und auch sehr alt) müssten ersetzt werden. Auch eine neue Küchen-Einrichtung wäre nett. Zudem sind Türen zu den Schlaf-Zimmern und Toilette alt, müssten dringend ersetzt werden (Türfallen quitschen, Türen haben keine Dichtungslippen, Toilettentür schließt nicht mehr richtig). Zudem sind die Fenster in Richtung Fels nicht nutzbar (Mückenplage durch das öffnen = Insektennetze wären da sinnvoll). Wohnung an sich sehr schön gelegen am Meer mit der kleinen Insel San Eugenio. (auf der Meerseite leider sehr laut durch deren Hauptstraße (Aurelia). Mit den nötigen Renovationen ist die Wohnung auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Traumhafte Terrasse

Die Lage ausserhalb des Dorfes ist unpraktisch. Man ist - auch für den Einkauf - auf das Auto angewiesen. Parkplatz obwohl an der prallen Sonne sehr angenehm. Der nahe, vorbildlich saubere Strand ist hingegen sehr nahe und gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Wohnung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, könnte da und dort etwas Zuwendung gebrauchen. Sauberkeit in der Küche ungenügend. Aber all das wir durch die sensationelle Terrasse über dem Meer kompensiert. Die Lage über und sehr nahe beim Meer (man hat es „unter den Füssen“), die weite Aussicht, die Morgen-und Abendstimmung sind derart schön, dass man die ganze Zeit auf diesem Balkon verbringen möchte. Insgesamt wunderbarer Aufenthalt.

Traumhafter Ausblick

Wir haben hier 2 wundervolle Urlaubswochen verbracht. Die Aussicht auf den Strand und die Insel ist grandios. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Das WLan hat immer sehr gut funktioniert. Die Parkplätze auf dem Dach waren durch eine Schranke gesichert, und es war genug Platz für das Auto und das Motorrad.. Mit dem Fahrstuhl konnte man auf die untere Ebene, von der es dann nur 10 Minuten zum Strand waren. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat sehr gut funktioniert. In der Nähe sind einige sehr gute Restaurants. Mit dem Motorrad haben wir einige sehr schöne Touren unternommen. Gerne kommen wir im nächsten Jahr wieder.

Wunderschöner Blick auf das Meer

Die Wohnung ist groß und hat einen tollen Balkon mit einem traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief ganz unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das einzige, was uns etwas gestört hat, war die laute Küstenstraße und ein paar Flecken von Tomatensauce und Zahnpasta bei der Ankunft. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass wir ein paar wunderschöne Tage am Meer hatten!☀️😃

Posizione e vista da sogno!

Abbiamo trascorso due settimane in questo meraviglioso appartamento, io mio marito e i nostri tre bambini. La disponibilità e la premura di Daniela, la proprietaria della casa, sono state ineccepibili. Ha sempre risposto ad ogni messaggio e domanda in brevissimo tempo, con molta pazienza e gentilezza, Daniela ci ha aiutati a trovare un posto in spiaggia che in questo periodo e situazione non è per niente semplice. Ci ha inoltre consigliato un appartamento vicino al suo per ospitare anche i miei genitori. È stata un preziosissimo punto di riferimento per le nostre vacanze. La casa è spaziosa, accogliente, dotata di tutto ciò che serve per poter soggiornare comodamente per lunghi periodi di vacanza. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato il terrazzo che ad ogni ora del giorno regala un mare ed un cielo dai colori spettacolari! Vorrei ringraziare Bruna, la signora che si è occupata delle pulizie della casa, che su nostra richiesta ci ha dato una mano anche per quelle infrasettimanali, di una gentilezza e bravura che non si dimenticano. In 5 minuti a piedi si arriva in una stupenda spiaggia di sassolini, mare sempre calmo e cristallino. Posso dire con certezza che riuscire a soggiornare in questo appartamento è davvero un affare, e anche se lo vorrei sempre libero per tornarci molto spesso, non posso far altro che consigliarlo vivamente! Grazie di cuore a Daniela, suo marito e i suoi figli!

Its all about the beach.

We had a good time but for people flying in from other countries it would be nice to have some beach towels and a reserved place on the beach. The parking was also a problem as there is no dedicated parking spot if you are arriving with a car. The key lock system is dated as well for the car park .The view from the unit is wonderful as is the balcony.

Ottima location. La proprietà è estremamente cortese e disponibile. La vista sull'isola di Bergeggi e sul golfo di Spotorno è strepitosa. La casa è perfetta e dotata di tutti i confort (wifi, aria condizionata, tv,...). Unico neo: la rumorosità dell'Aurelia poco distante, ma essendo al quarto piano si è molto sopraelevati.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit bester Aussicht auf das Meer. Einfach unbezahlbar!!!! Sehr sehr freundliche Eigentümer. Frau Ferri und Herr Ferri sind sehr sympathisch sehr freundlich.Auch die Frau Carla Bruna die wir am Tag der Abreise kennengelernt haben ist sehr sympathisch und sehr freundlich. Wir haben die unkomplizierte Art der Vermieterin geschätzt. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und sauber. Einzig die Matratzen sind für unseren Geschmack viel zu weich. Die Lage und Aussicht sind genial.
