Stone house with swimming pool in a 3 hectare park with direct access to the Dordogne.
Beautiful and large and very pleasant stay. Quality bedrooms.
Quiet, without adjoining houses In the heart of the Périgord Noir, 7 km south of Sarlat.

Close to many tourist sites. Close to the airports of Brive, Bergerac 1h Toulouse 2H and Bordeaux 2H. Possibility of car rental. Easy access via A20, A89 etc.

I am thrilled when my guests are happily surprised upon their arrival and leave rested and overjoyed by their stay. I just love hearing "oh Ariane we are so sad to go. There are so much more to see, to do etc that we did not have time to do this year can we come again next year. We just love this place?"

What makes this property unique

This XVIII century farmhouse is typical of the Perigord Region . You will be able to see the ancient drying tobacco barn . You have a feeling of travelling in time and being sent back there. Newly renovated the cottage is fully equipped to modern days needs
with no neighbour it is ideal when with small children the park has a very agreeable size and it private access to the river has to be noticed .
