The villa is located in the “Estival Alta” residential area, 3 km from Salou’s nightlife district (€10 by taxi), 1 km from La Pacha, 500 metres from Calacrans Beach, 800 metres from La Pineda’s Long Beach, and less than 1 km from the Aquum and Spalas spas, the Estival Park sports centre, the Salou Tennis Club, and the La Pineda Water Park.



The common areas cover more than 10,000 metres, fenced in and partially landscaped; the pool is open from June through September.


The house has 3 double bedrooms plus another room on the third floor with air conditioning and 4 single beds, two full bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. I do not recommend my house for people who use wheelchairs.

The terrace is private and accessible only from the dining room; it features patio furniture, a beautiful pergola, and, of course, a barbecue. The house and terrace together cover a total area of approximately 175 square metres, with the terrace measuring 35 square metres and the rest of the house making up the remainder.

Beautiful neighborhood & comfortable house

It was really nice & comfortable. On the last floor it was cold at the first night, so we asked for more blankets and Bernardo brought us the next day extra blankets.

Very nice place

Nice house for 10 people. We enjoyed a lot our holidays there. There is a patio with barbecue where you can enjoy the hot weather (in the shadow). Direct access to the swimming pool, never crowed. Also important point, easy access to city center of Salou or la Pineda, by walking or with the bus.

Proper and descent home

We strayed with 8 people at this propertjy and it was big enough. Clean and descent without any luxuary.. In every room airconditioning. Plus was the washingmachine and dryer.. A nice swimmingpool and a busstop to everywhere on walking distance. We had a really Nice stay!

Bad stay

I twas realy bad i asked for kids ge didn't give us that and the bedsheets werent clean we had to clean them and the cussion are without cover the onwer of the property asked for 70 euros for cleaning and i was like why should i give it was all dirty i would give it was clean but it wasn't and the toilet door lock was already broken we didn't knew that so we called him and he busted his own lock and now hes saying we busted his lock it wasn't a normal stay

This client has not read the rental conditions of my house, the house is rented without sheets or towels included in the price, you have to request them if you need them and the cost is €25 per person, you also have to pay €70 for cleaning When entering the house in cash, if you want the cot rental service, it is separate and you must notify us in advance, the check-in time is 5:00 p.m. and the check-out time is 9:00 a.m., AS IT IS STATED IN MY ADVERTISEMENT . This customer has come to my house. I have let this client in at 2 A.M. M since he insisted a lot on me since I was traveling with small children, we made an exception since he came from far away, the first thing we did when we arrived was to check that the house was complete in conditions as in the photos and that the cleanliness was perfect, a Once verified and asked if the client brought his own sheets and towels, I gave him the keys, the client told me that he did not have the €70 in cash that he would give me on Monday. On Sunday at 7.30 AM he called me saying that the bathroom door did not open and I had to go at 8.30 AM to fix the door, I have not claimed anything about the door as I understand that it may be an accident that it has been damaged locked. I have asked him for the €70 on Thursday and Friday and he has not paid, I have warned him that if he did not pay me he would take it from the deposit and even so he has not paid. HE HAS left the house extremely dirty, he has slept on top of my mattress covers, dirtying them and I have had to throw some away, I DO NOT WANT CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS, my house is delivered clean and is returned more or less uncleaned but everything has a limit.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux ! Dès notre arrivée, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Le logement est impeccable, très confortable, parfaitement équipé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la région et profiter pleinement du voyage.Un immense merci à Bernardo pour leur accueil chaleureux, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité tout au long du séjour.Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés. C’est une adresse que nous garderons précieusement et où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Encore merci pour tout !

Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war unkompliziert! Alles was wir Beanstanden haben, hat er direkt beseitigt! Die Lage ist in Ordnung und das Haus auch! Zum Strand ist 15-20 Minuten! Wir hatten Spaß und schönes Wetter gehabt! Danke an den Besitzer!!! Alles in allem war in Ordnung!!!

Nice!!

Leuk huis om met 2 gezinnen 4 volwassenen 4 kids in te verblijven!! Goede communnicatie met de verhuurder. Niet teveel poespas daar hou ik wel van. Airco in alle kamers en ondergrondse parkeerplaats was wel een plus. Zwembad achter een hek zodat kids niet zelf zomaar erin konden lopen. Al met al prima huisje. Enige voor ons minpuntje wat wij persoonlijk hadden was de locatie dat het wat verder van het centrum van salou ligt en hierdoor je toch moet terugvallen op fietsen of taxis (ook te doen maar te voet was mooier geweest)

Beau séjour, appartement propre, piscine agréable !

Una casa muy cómoda.

La casa muy bien, todo limpio y muy cómodo. Estuvimos con nuestros hijos y aprovechamos la terraza todos los días, muy bien. La piscina limpia y en buen estado, a la playa se podía ir andando. Una semana estupenda.

Logement très sale à notre arrivée. Placards et plaque de cuisson graisseux, sol poussiéreux, prises dangereuses etc... L'hôte demande 70€ en liquide à notre arrivée pour soit disant payer une entreprise de nettoyage dont il ne nous donnera jamais la facture. Nous avons dû nettoyer nous même à notre arrivée. Est en retard d'une heure et demie le jour de l'état des lieux, ne s'excuse pas. Est très réactif jusqu'au jour de notre arrivée, ou il me contacte via WhatApp (ce qui est interdit), puis plus aucune réactivité. Nous étions 9 amis, mais le logement n'est pas adapté (table et chaises pour 6 personnes). Les photos ne sont pas conformes au logement. Nous avons demandé très souvent une facture comme preuve pour l'intervention de l'entreprise de nettoyage, j'ai reçu un document Word signé de l'hôte. Mais ce n'était pas une facture. Contacté, le propriétaire ne m'a jamais répondu, et il ne s'est pas présenté le jour de l'état des lieux de sortie, une femme est venue à sa place. Seul point positif : Logement à proximité du centre de Salou, mais il faut se déplacer en voiture ou en taxi pour s'y rendre.

Buenos días Roxanne, tengo que decir que ustedes revisaron la casa antes de la entrega de llaves y me dijeron que la limpieza estaba correcta, un día después se quejaron de que no estaba limpia, le dije que no aceptaría reclamaciones por la limpieza un día después. A mi casa viene una empresa a limpiar después de cada cliente y lo hacen perfecto. L a factura no las genero yo, sino la web es la que le ha cobrado, pídasela a ellos. También tengo que decir que su estancia en mi casa no ha sido agradable, ya que ustedes infringieron las normas de la comunidad y la piscina provocando que el presidente de la comunidad me llamara la atención, no se puede hacer lo que uno quiera en la piscina nio por la noche por eso existen lasa normas de convivencia establecidas en la comunidad de vecinos de mi propiedad. Espero que en las próximas visitas a otras casas las respeten. Gracias Bonjour Roxanne, je dois dire que vous avez vérifié la maison avant de remettre les clés et vous m'avez dit que le nettoyage était correct, un jour plus tard vous vous êtes plaint qu'elle n'était pas propre, je vous ai dit que je n'accepterais pas les réclamations pour nettoyage le lendemain. Une entreprise vient chez moi pour nettoyer après chaque client et elle le fait parfaitement. La facture n'est pas générée par moi, mais le web est celui qui vous a facturé, demandez-le-lui. Je dois aussi dire que votre séjour dans ma maison n'a pas été agréable, puisque vous avez enfreint les règles de la communauté et de la piscine, ce qui a attiré mon attention sur le président de la communauté, vous ne pouvez pas faire ce que vous voulez dans la piscine enfant à nuit c'est pourquoi il y a des règles de coexistence établies dans la communauté de voisins de ma propriété. J'espère que lors des prochaines visites dans d'autres maisons, ils les respecteront. Merci

VIAJE EN FAMILIA

En general todo correcto. La ubicación muy buena para ir a la Pineda andando mas o menos un cuarto de hora. La limpieza bien y el trato con el dueño muy bueno. La piscina muy bien en la puerta de la casa y la terraza de la casa tb muy bien.

La casa está muy bien, limpia, bastante nueva y bien cuidada. La piscina comunitaria muy bien cuidada y muy limpia. Recomendación añadir alguna silla más dentro de la casa. La terraza también está muy bien para poder comer fuera.

Vacances agréable

Belle propriété et bien équipée. Deux petits bémols lorsque vous êtes nombreux : le ballon d'eau chaude et les plombs qui lâchent. sinon séjjour très agréable. Il faut être véhiculé car ex-centré ou sinon aimé marcher. Je recommande cette location, le propriétaire est très réactif.
