About this property

Porto Alabe: At 100 meters from the beach, the cool of the house to relax in the garden

The house is cool and well exposed to the sun. It is distributed on two floors, the ground floor there is a large garden with apricot tree, where you can enjoy the coolness of its fronds, playing cards, reading or eating. On the veranda you can stand to enjoy the sun or even here, eating outdoors, in the morning and in the evening. Children can play safely without the danger that they go on the road. Upstairs there is the sleeping area, but even here, there is a veranda where you can enjoy views of the sea and its beautiful sunsets.

The house is located in a quiet corner of the marina, away from the hustle and bustle of the car and the noise of the people. The house is newly built, furnished with care and well-equipped with everything you need, from the vacuum dryer. It is located in the central western coast, in the most central point to get to the beautiful beaches of the Sinis Montiferru and the stunning coves and inlets of the coast of Alghero. Ideal for lovers of cycling and walking.
