Eine sehr schöne Woche im Oktober

Der Urlaub war sehr schön. Fiamma eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin die sehr hilfsbereit ist. Und auch für uns war bereits ein Starterpaket vorhanden welches wir gleich auch genutzt und lecker gegessen haben. Ich habe vorher noch nie ein so sauberes Appartement oder Haus im Urlaub gehabt. Und es waren schon nehr als 10 die ich gesehen habe. Die Lage ist einfach nur klasse und die Aussicht von der Terrasse mehr als schön. Mit dem Wetter hatten viel Glück bei Sonnenschein und 24-27 Grad Luft und 22-23 Grad Wasser. Besser ging es wirklich nicht. Fazit: eine tolle Gastgeberin, ein tolles Preis Leistungsverhältnis von der Unterkunft (Lage, Ausstattung etc), tolles Wetter und eine uns bekannte und schöne Insel. Wir kommen wieder. Bestimmt.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Ich habe noch nie eine so nette und aufmerksame Vermieterin gehabt. Wir hatten sogar ein Starterpaket für die ersten Tage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist auch super! Wir haben Ausflüge gemacht und die Strände genossen. Vielen Dank, liebe Fiamma für deine Gastfreundschaft!

Traumhaft! Grazie Fiamma!!

Wir waren einfach nur begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt, dem Apartment und unserer Gastgeberin Fiamma. Die Fotos geben einen sehr guten Eindruck, aber der Charme ist in Wirklichkeit noch größer. Alles ist mit viel Liebe und tollem Geschmack eingerichtet - ein Künstlerhaus eben. Und Fiamma ist eine hervorragende, aufmerksame und gleichzeitig zurückhaltende, überaus sympathische Gastgeberin. Die Lage des Apartments ist perfekt, besonders, wenn man von hier aus Exkursionen plant. Aber auch die Buchten und Strände, die in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind, sind sehr schön. Frühstücken oder Abendessen auf der herrlichen Terrasse und im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer waren ein Traum. Der Blick über die Bucht ist unbezahlbar. Wer nach absoluter Stille sucht, könnte sich tagsüber von den hinter dem Haus vorbeifahrenden Autos evtl. etwas gestört fühlen. Uns haben sie nicht gestört und wir haben, teils auch mit geschlossenen Fenstern, hervorragend geschlafen. Ansonsten können wir nur pauschal die volle Punktzahl rundum vergeben und unser Fazit lautet sehr verkürzt: einfach Traumhaft! Grazie mille Fiamma, speriamo a presto!! Cari saluti da Anabel e Mark

Eccezionale

Il fascino di questa casa ci ha veramente emozionato. Ogni giorno scoprivamo qualcosa di suggestivo: i disegni incisi nell’intonaco del soffitto; La vista dalle finestre che , alternandosi agli ottimi quadri esposti alle pareti, tentavano di eguagliarne la bellezza; Il sole che il pomeriggio, attraversando i vetri colorati sulle scale, proiettava immagini astratte sulle mura interne. Per non parlare della luce naturale presente negli ambienti e le albe ed i tramonti visti dal terrazzo. E’ una casa con il sapore del tempo e piena ancora del carattere dei suoi artefici, l’eccezionale pittore e scultore Beppe Lieto (chiedete alla proprietaria un suo catalogo) e la moglie olandese Lia Pottjewyd, allora medico del paese. La costruirono sopra ad una stalla con soluzioni architettoniche ed arredamento di fortuna ma resi suggestivi come solo gli artisti sanno fare. E’ quindi un ottimo esempio di come una casa fatta in economia possa comunque essere bellissima, accogliente e funzionale. Le camere sono piccole ma comode e fresche, la sala con angolo cottura è invece ampia ed ottimamente attrezzata, molto piccolo ma ottimamente organizzato il bagno, il terrazzo è più grande di quanto appare in foto (ci abbiamo cenato in dieci). Il posto auto purtroppo non è coperto. La pulizia è impeccabile e tutto l’appartamento è ben curato. Ottima anche la posizione: il paese è raggiungibile anche a piedi ma alla giusta distanza per evitarne il caos. Le due spiagge di Procchio e di Sparaia sono veramente vicinissime: due minuti di camminata e sei già con i piedi nell’acqua. La proprietaria Fiamma è gentile e sempre disponibile (vive al piano inferiore) e ci ha fatti sentire subito a casa. Ultimo, ma non per importanza, l’ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo! Cosa potevamo chiedere di più? Ciao Fiamma, ci rivedremo la prossima estate
