Character house under three-hundred-year-old plane trees

Ideally located, in the Petite Camargue with all its traditions attached to it, the farmhouse is 15 minutes from Aigues Mortes and the beaches, 15 minutes from Sommières, 20 minutes from Nîmes, 25 minutes from Montpellier, 30 minutes from Arles and 40 minutes from Avignon.
Under three-hundred-year-old plane trees, there is an atmosphere punctuated by the songs of birds and cicadas.
To the west of the house you can have your aperitifs and grills.
To the south, you can rest in the shade of the plane trees or play table tennis and the old wine vats transformed into a swimming pool will allow you to swim over a length of 20 m (the pool is in the shade, the water temperature being in summer at about 23/24°).
The entrance to the house is on the west side and opens onto a large living room of 80 m2 with various glazed openings to the south, north and west. As an extension of this room, an alcove leads to a storeroom and toilet to the north and a kitchen of 15 m2 to the south. In the centre of the alcove, a central staircase leads to the first floor leading to a landing (TV room). This leads to 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet on either side. The good-sized bedrooms (22m2) are all duplex (the beds are on the mezzanines with a minimum height of 2m). One of the bedrooms has its own shower room.
So, if you are looking for space, freshness and tranquility, while wishing to have, less than half an hour, cultural, sports or beach activities, this farmhouse will suit you. The place is not suitable for children who do not know how to swim. We live in a house about thirty from the rented accommodation, but we are not overlooked.
