This reverse-living home features the Living Room, Kitchen, and Dining Room on the upper level where you can snuggle up with a book next to the wood stove, or spend some time in the newly remodeled kitchen taking advantage of the new appliances and granite countertops? When it's time to sit down to eat you'll find seating for 8 at the dining room table plus 2 more at the breakfast bar. There is a half-guest bathroom on this level.

Head downstairs to find the primary suite with a king bed and attached full bathroom. Down the hall, you will find bedrooms 2 and 3, both with queen beds adjoined by a jack-and-jill bathroom. The home also features a sleeper sofa in the upstairs living room.

Out on the large deck enjoy your morning cup of coffee, soak in the hot tub, or fire up the BBQ and enjoy the fresh Sunriver mountain air!

This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air-conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice-cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow-paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.
