A true Sunriver cabin with updates including an enclosed and private deck. Right across from the Village at Sunriver and all shops, restaurants and grocery store, yet very private. Whether planning a romantic getaway or a family retreat, this house is an ideal size to keep things cozy. Up to 5 guests sleep comfortably in this 1 bedroom with loft, 1.5 bath home.

You'll find a King suite, with attached bathroom, on the main level. Climb the spiral staircase up to the loft to find a queen and a twin bed with a half bath.

For stargazers, the hot tub is perfectly situated under an opening in the trees big enough for a lovely view of the stars during a nice warm night soak. The fully enclosed deck is perfect for little feet or four-legged friends. Take a bike ride on one of the 3 adults bikes provided on the 36 miles of walking and bike paths.

This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

This home welcomes dogs, 2 max, no other pets are allowed. Fees apply

Traveled with my wife and kids (ages 2 and 5). Great place for what we needed. The enclosed deck was nice for the kids (and felt bigger than the pictures). The location was absolutely perfect. 2 minute walk to the village, and a short bike ride to the aquatic center.

This place is cute, clean, has everything needed for a retreat and is right in the heart of sunriver. We couldn't have asked for a better location. Just a little odd set up. Steep spiral staircase 3 of the 4 people banged their heads on the main level so just be cautious that it's lower then it look and kind of ouchie. Two of the steps going up tilt, not enough to be dangerous but it can trip up so again just be careful.

Summer fun in Sunriver

Our 2nd time staying at this house and our third time in Sunriver with Bennington.Pros: House was perfectly located for walking to the village. House was clean and had everything we needed, as a family of 4 with a dog. We love the closed in porch, the bbq and the hot tub. We also love that it is close to the new food truck park, Century Commons, which we enjoyed (twice). Most of the restaurants in Sunriver are just ok, so this was a great new option. We also accidentally locked the bathroom with our things inside on Saturday night and a very kind and helpful man (Keith?) was there quickly to help us and resolve the issue. Thank you!Con: the dryer was a little finicky and while running, the edge of a towel and a couple of our shirts some how became stuck in the drum and were rubbed raw. Luckily we caught it, but never used it again and it should be looked at. I’m sure they will take care of it though. Likely just wear and tear on the machine.

Perfect place to enjoy Sunriver and Bend!

Our first trip to this area and we loved it. Our rental was clean and very well kept and cozy, had all the basics you need and some nice extras, fireplace, hot tub, bikes, free passes to the SHRC water park and High Desert Museum. Walking distance to the village shops, restaurants and market. The only constructive feedback I can give is the carpet in the master was a little warn and had some spots (no biggie) and the oven and bbq were a little greasy and smoked when you started them, but that’s normal wear and tear. Maybe lining them with foil and swapping them out would help. We’ll be back!

This is a cozy and well-appointed home very close to the Sunriver Village. Walk or ride bikes to everything! Nice, private deck, with hope tub. Maximum comfortable would be 4 people.

Best vacation for puppy parents ever

If you miss your dogs when you travel without them, rent this place. Private, cute and clean, the real selling point is the courtyard with 8ft walls around the hot tub. You can let you dogs wander safely with no risk while you soak. Amazing. We will be going again.
