Welcome to Leisure 5, a comfortable and family-friendly Sunriver retreat near SHARC, thoughtfully set up for easy vacations and time well spent together. With room for up to 8 guests, this dog-friendly home offers the kind of features that help guests book with confidence: a private hot tub, air conditioning, self check-in, bikes, ping pong, and inviting indoor and outdoor spaces for relaxing after a day of adventure.

Step inside to a bright, open great room with vaulted ceilings, large windows, and cozy gathering space around the gas fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen makes meals at home simple, whether you’re getting everyone out the door for the day or settling in for a quiet dinner after exploring Sunriver and Central Oregon.

Outside, the deck is ready for laid-back evenings with a gas grill and private hot tub. Bring the family bikes or use the ones provided to cruise the paths, let the kids challenge each other to ping pong, and enjoy the kind of easy moments that turn into favorite vacation memories.

The home’s layout is ideal for families and small groups. On the main level, the queen primary bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom for added privacy and convenience. Upstairs, you’ll find a second queen bedroom and a bunk room with two bunk beds, giving kids and extra guests a fun, flexible place to stay.

Great family getaway

Family Getaway to Sunriver

Our family of four plus friends with a family of four stayed at this property for five nights. House was very comfortable for all. Great location and perfectly nestled in the woods. House was updated, fully stocked and very clean. Bikes were great as well as ping pong table in the garage. Kiddos spent a lot of time in the hot tub which was private and big. Only complaint was that we were not allowed access to any of the pools. Big disappointment! We just wish we would have been made aware that the rental didn’t come with any SHARC passes or was without access to using the Cove. Overall we had an excellent time and would recommend this property to other families.

Our favorite thing about this house was the terrific location, right along the bike paths (and near a junction making it very convenient to get to the village, Sharc, fort rock park, etc). The home still has nice privacy and a wonderful view of the common area from the expansive deck and inside the home. This house is much brighter than others we have rented thanks to lots of windows in the living area. The house itself is cozy and comfortable, and has a charming western motif. It was clean and well stocked for everything we needed and Bennington's service was top notch as always. This was our 5th vacation rental through Bennington and honestly our favorite so far, we will definitely be back!
