NEAR THE HISTORIC DISTRICT OF ALBAICINA IN GRENADA, AIR CONDITIONING.

Welcome to our apartment in Granada!
Stay possible all year round from 3 nights. Free parking in the street, and possibility little place in underground garage with the apartment .
You will be greeted by Christelle. She speaks French and Spanish and will be able to provide you with information on the district and the city if you wish.
The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the historic Albaicin (or Albayzin) (upper part), with its cobbled alleys (pebble stones), its white houses, its Carmens ... 10 minutes from the San Nicolas viewpoint, famous for one of the most beautiful views of the Alhambra, (a must-see if you go to Granada! but above all, book your ticket in advance on the internet because the number of daily entries is limited). The Alhambra is 40/50 mins walk from the apartment, going down the Cuesta Chapiz then crossing the Darro bridge (river) to reach wide stairs going up towards it. You can also get there by bus.
In the Albaicin, you will find many small shops and welcoming terraces.
Quick access to the city center of Granada by nearby bus, or better, on foot in 20 to 30 minutes going down by pretty paved pedestrian alleys. The sea is an hour away by expressway. The Sierra Nevada and the Alpujarras are also to be discovered, as well as numerous cultural visits, and the neighboring Andalusian cities.
The accommodation, located on the ground floor (a few steps down, no elevator), consists of an entrance, a living room, an independent kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a beautiful flowered terrace, all fitted and furnished with care. It is air conditioned, and very clean.
The bedrooms have 2 double beds and 1 single bed.

Walks in the Albaicin: circuits to be made on foot from the apartment, to discover this typical historic district. The streets of the Albaicin are nicely paved with pebbles and mainly pedestrian.

The apartment is large and well stocked. A woman came and helped us open the door and get our stuff inside. That was helpful. Later I communicated with the owners via Whatsapp and they were very helpful, but we never met them. You should note that the place is quite far from the center of town. However, we really enjoyed the location close to Albaicin and Sacromonte.

Great Granada apartment

Spacious unit with terrific balcony

We had a great stay in Granada. The location was close to a major bus route and you could easily access the Albaicin on foot for sightseeing or Tapas dining. The deck was spacious and inviting. A supermarket was also close by. Be prepared to walk some hills if you prefer being on foot.

We loved this property. Clean and everything you need. Located in a beautiful historic neighborhood. Also had an amazing outdoor patio. Would definitly stay here again.

Granada short break

A nice little stay on the outskirts or Granada. Ok to walk down the quaint back streets to the centre, but you might be better off to get a taxi if you are going to to the Nasrid or Alhambra.

Our stay at this apartment was lovely. The apartment was very large, well equipped with plenty of kitchen items, good coffee machine, lovely terrace, plenty of storage for unpacking. Very clean and cozy for a comfortable stay. A little far up above the Albayzin so a good long walk to the town center and historical monuments.

Lovely apartment in great neighbourhood

This apartment is in a perfect location close to everything you could want to see. Comfortable beds, washer/dryer. The terrace is huge with comfortable furniture and even a curtain you can draw across if the sun is too hot!

Lovely spacious apartment on the edge of Albecin

The apartment is very spacious and well equipped, the big terrace was a bonus in the hot weather - great for breakfast and an evening drink. It's a short walk from Albecin - about 5 minutes, and close to bus stops into the centre of Granada.

Beautiful apartment!

The apartment was beautiful and extremely clean and well kept. The hosts were very nice and easy to work with and contact. The location is convenient and quiet, but there is a bit of a walk to get to the center of town. The balcony was a great place to hang out. We would absolutely stay again on our next visit!

A bit of a walk, but well worth it!

This was a beautiful home and made our stay in Granada even more pleasant. The terrace was spacious and we had everything we needed to cook at home. The walk to and from the city center was a bit long with the hills, but we got our steps in! We would definitely stay again! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Perfect for a few days in Granada! Walk 5 minutes from the apartment and you’re entering Albaicin, with Sacromonte just up the hill too. Walk through the old Albaicin neighbourhood and you arrive at the foot of the Alhambra -what more could you want? Ignore Google and head up the hill for local bakeries, supermarket and a small bar. Keep going for the excellent Albayzin Ceramica (much more choice than the two closer stores). The apartment is spotlessly clean with a large terrace, cooled lounge and handy utility room. The garage is a plus, though could be a challenge with a larger car! Thoroughly recommended- thank you Murielle, Felix, and Christelle

Great apartment

attractions of Granada, so the manager helps arranging cabs to get to various This apartment is superb, and the manager is helpful in many ways. The outdoor terrace a treat. Only issue is to be aware it is quite far from most attractions, but the manager is very helpful getting cabs etc. Granada a great Spanish city!

Albaicin, Granada-very special

This spacious, comfortable apartment with a wonderful terrace was just great. We were greeted by Christel, who was very helpful, and there was fresh fruit, a bottle of Moscatel, ice cubes and a bus card waiting for us. The bus stops are close by and Albaicin is lively, beautiful, oldest part of Granada with breathtaking views of the city and the Sierra Nevada.

Spacious clean well appointed. All amenities. Hosts were very attentive to our requests and questions. Cristal even brought us yoga mats! Terrace was lovely for breakfast and early evenings at home. Short walk to Albaicin and la plaza nueva. We were only two singles. Room for two couples and at least one child. Great apartment!

Modern apartment in Granada

This very large and well equipped apartment is a short walk from the Albaicin centre. We were met at the apartment and shown how everything works. A lovely bowl of fruit and bottle of wine was an extra welcome touch. The main tourist spots can be reached by walking, however two mini buses the c32 & c34 will take you anywhere you need to go. A great apartment that could easily accommodate a family with lots of games and a great deck for relaxing on. Granada is a lovely town and we certainly enjoyed our 4 nights there.

Great apartment in Albacín

Clean, great bedrooms, lovely terrace, shaded and full- sun options, washing machine and dryer. A 30 min walk to Alhumbra. Albacín is a lobt neighbourhood, restaurants close by, grocery stores, crêperie, with gluten free and vegan options. We stayed 10 days and have just good to say. We had a car for some days and could park in the garage. You need to reverse into the spot. Quiet neighbours.

Charming Space

This home was ideal for our 5 days in Grenada-- well placed for easy walking distance to the main areas of the city that we were interested in walking and exploring. The host was gracious and welcoming, even granting us access to a garage. We were able to live as if we were "at home", lending us a balance between eating out and and preparing our own meals in the kitchen. On sunny days, the porch was a wonderful place to have afternoon beers/wine or simple breakfasts. We so appreciated this place that we would deliberately seek it out if we return to Grenada again.

The Jewel of the Albaicin!

This property was so lovely that I didn't want to leave. It was spotlessly clean, the rooms were light and spacious and there were wardrobes nd cupboards to keep your clothes. It felt like home with thoughtful and pretty decorations and all the things you might possibly require. We did not need to buy dishwashing or clothes washing detergent as it was provided. The kitchen was really well set up for cooking. The hosts thoughtfully provided kitchen staples such as condiments and oils and tea and coffee. They also left us a lovely bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine. The most wonderful part was the sunny terrace which we enjoyed relaxing on, either in the shade or the sun! The area is quiet and in a beautiful part of the Albaicin. A really wonderful introduction to Granada. Our contact person was Cristel and she was very kind and helpful. This may be the best apartment I have stayed in: 10 out of 10!

Our trip to Granada and Spain.

My husband and I are retired. I always wanted to take him to Spain. He is in chemotherapy but his oncologist said to go now. I planned the trip to include Barcelona, Granada and Madrid. The apartment is lovely and very, very clean. The beds were comfortable and having access to a kitchen and washing machine were important. We did need help figuring out the Wi-Fi password as the Spanish “z” looked like the numeral “3” to us. However all effort was there to help with this issue quickly. It is a very quiet neighborhood with a close grocery, pharmacy and restaurants. The rooftop porch was very pleasant to sit on. We had perfect weather. Our visit to the Alhambra was amazing and the advice received to book early tickets there was valuable. When I first visited the Alhambra in 1979 there were very few people but now about 8,000 view it daily. The apartment will accommodate a family very well.

Gute Lage in der oberen Altstadt

Angenehm. Wir sind in die Stadt runtergelaufen, was gut möglich ist. Wohnung ist in einem Mehrfamilienhaus und hat eine Terrasse. Das Warmwasser in der Dusche kommt etwas spärlich.
