This beautifully decorate vacation rental home is the perfect landing place for your next stay in Sunriver.

Upon entering the home you'll notice the lodge-style accents, floor-to-ceiling fireplace and cozy furnishing in the open concept living space. Chill out in the living room and watch your favorite movie, or put your cooking skills to the test in the fully equipped kitchen with your family nearby in the adjacent dining room. Need to relax even more, head out to the deck and soak under the stars in your own private hot tub. This home has you covered.

When it's time to retire for the evening, there are 4 bedrooms to choose from. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and an attached private bathroom, plus access to the hot tub. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have queen beds and bedroom 4 includes two sets of bunks.

Home owners have added Ping Pong and Foosball tables for some great family game night fun! Many upgrades in the home and lots of common area off the back deck. Very near rail road tracks so occasional freight trains passing can be delightful to watch!

Take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 5 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental house.

This home welcomes dogs, 2 max, no other pets are allowed. Fees apply.

**This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Family Fun in Sunriver

Perfect home for our family. 3 couples and 2 children. Great setup and enjoyed the hot tub and wild life. It was great having the ping pong table and bikes also! Only suggestion would be a bigger coffee pot, we had to brew two cups at a time for the 6 adults in the house.

This was a beautiful property! We had 4 small children and they loved it and the hot tub of coarse. Great backyard/deck as well. Very comfortable sleeping arrangements. Definitely booking our next trip there!

We enjoyed our stay here. Fit 2 families with 6 kids perfectly. Close enough to the Village for bike riding. Also only about 40minutes to Bachelor and Wanoga Snow park for sledding!

Cozy family home

Great family home, very cozy feel. Kids loved having their own space, pet friendly too. All the amenities available including board games. Didn’t realize the train ran in the middle of night, but we very much enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful cozy house!

Great house in a perfect location. Layout was nice and 4 bedrooms is a plus! Only issue is no heat in garage, so if you go in winter you can’t really enjoy the ping pong or foosball as it’s too cold to stay in there.

The house was very nice, the layout and all amenities were prefect. There was a leak from the furnace when we first arrived and the smoke detector battery died early one morning. Both were reported and immediately responded to. The technician was prompt and friendly. The dishwasher was growing pink mold and made dishes smell horrible, this was reported and hopefully housekeeping will take care of this. The beds are not comfortable- old, lumpy, and squeaky-but otherwise we really did enjoy our time. Liked the location and happy with the property management team and their quick responses.We would return (as long as the dishwasher is taken care of)!

The floor plan was great. Each family had their own wing of the house. There was plenty of room in the common areas. The deck could use some love and the bathroom doors don’t lock. Communication with Bennington was superb. We would definitely stay there again.
