(Text automatically translated) The house is an old stone farmhouse situated 700 meters above sea level in a small and very quiet village dell'Appenino Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, has a large garden and you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the hills opposite. And 'situated 45 km from Florence, 35 km from Bologna and 200 from Venice. All services are up to 3 km away. The cottage is on three floors: ground floor consists of ail dining room, living room with fireplace, kitchen, service and panoramic veranda. On the first floor there are two comfortable and spacious rooms and a large bathroom with shower and small tub. On the second floor two further bedrooms, one of which is very large, and a large bathroom with shower and bath.
