From the finished lanai, you overlook a picturesque view of the breathtaking pond, where ducks, cranes and otters often are seen. This fully furnished condo was upgraded with all new appliances, water heater, & air 2conditioning unit. Ceramic tile in the dining room, kitchen, hallways and bathrooms. New wood mahogany floor in living room. Carpeted master bedroom and lanai. Plenty of closet space for your wardrobe. A short 2 minute walk from your condo brings you to the community Olympic like size heated swimming pool with Spacious Jacuzzi, right next to 2, full size lighted Tennis Courts for day or night time use. Retired Couple with Dog Enjoyed their 4 month stay
The condo is exactly as described in the ad. The area is beautifully landscaped and very quiet. The walkways and lawns are carefully maintained and you feel fortunate to be able to walk under the shady trees and view ducks, turtles, squirrels and various wading birds. The carport is great and only steps from the condo door. The bed is comfortable and there is plenty of closet and storage space. The pool is only 1 minute away and can be viewed out the kitchen window. All appliances are fairly new and in good working order. We could walk to the bank, and the condo is close a huge shopping mall out the back gate. We took advantage of the Senior Tuesdays quite often during the winter and saw many movies there. Using the back gate you can access secondary roads to travel instead of Highway 19 which can be busy. There are great maps in the credenza drawer which can help you plan your route. We bought a season's pass to Honeymoon Island state park and went there at least 3 times a week. There is a dog beach there and another wonderful dog park on Enterprise a few miles away. Would recommend this ground floor condo to anyone who appreciates clean and quiet surroundings.

My wife and I are in ministry in NYC for over 35 years. We decided to purchase this condo for family getaways which we still do from time to time in the off season. We are sure you will enjoy this condo in the wonderful Florida community as we have for R & R!

Hammock Pine grounds are kept clean, pristine and constantly manicured. You would never know you were 5 minutes from US 19 & Route 580, which by the way lead you to Clearwater Beach & Tarpon Springs for the best Greek Food you could ever imagine.
We're are also a 10 minute walk from Kohls, Panera Bread, Steak & Shake & the Westfield Mall that has all Major Department Stores such as but not limited to: Dillards, Macys, Sears, JC Penny's, Nordstrom and so much more.
