We stayed in a cozy one-room rental that was perfect for two people. The space was clean and comfortable, with a small kitchenette that had everything we needed to cook simple meals and dine in. It made our stay convenient and enjoyable. The front desk staff was especially kind and helpful, which made the experience even better. Overall, a great option for a short stay!
pros: great location, unit was exactly as pictured
cons: floor was messy (crumbs/dirt), pillows could use an upgrade
despite cons, would still stay at again and/or recommend to a friend
Great location, can walk to town easily, clean and comfortable
Property was great for what we needed. The room we stayed in was right on the parking lot, so not terribly private if that’s important to you. Was disappointed the hot tub is still closed due to Covid restrictions. Overall, would stay again for a weekend.
This location was perfect for our stay at the Jazz Fest! Great location and perfect accommodations with everything we needed for our trip. Communication was clear and easy! Would definitely return. Thank you!
Price was right. We were there the weekend before Christmas and the town wasn’t too busy. Not too much snow. If you bring a pet, research altitude sickness in pets before going. We would stay again.
The place was great, a very nice one bedroom that has been nicely updated. The location cant be beat, it's right on the river path and a very easy walk to the Gondola and downtown. About as close to ski in, ski out as you can come! The check in process is just like a hotel and the property management was great. Most of all, appreciate that they allow dogs at this specific rental, thank you!
Location is perfect! Right on the river and 5 minute walk to downtown area. Room was outdated but had friends who also stayed there and their room was updated. Based on price, believe we paid fair price for Telluride. It was very quiet and loved that they are pet friendly. Bring a fan as nowhere in the mountains has AC. It cools off quick when the sun goes down.
The room was nice clean and as advertisedI found it small for 2 people. Tried to upgrade and nothing was available. The location was great for walking and everyone who worked there was friendly.
Location can’t be beat! We were able to walk to everything in town, including the gondola and hiking trails. We parked in the provided parking lot and didn’t have to move our car the entire weekend. Also, loved being able to have our pup stay with us!
The floors felt/were a little dirty in general (nothing a good mopping couldn’t fix), the pillows were small, and the shower could use an upgrade.
Overall good place for a reasonable price!
This stay was a perfect location to get in line at lift 7 when it opened in the morning. The pictures were very accurate in showing what the room looked like, and having the kitchenette made it a perfect spot for a long ski weekend.

Relatively clean, no frills place to stay very close to slopes
If you're looking for a relatively inexpensive place to stay very close to the slopes, give this a try. My only notes were that there were a couple of hairs in the sink and shower when I got there, and that the dresser and night stand were placed right against the floor heater. Not sure if they could catch fire that way or not, so I moved them to another wall.
The room was very small, like a small hotel room. So, if you are a single traveler or a couple, it can work. If you have 3 or more, you might consider 2 rooms, even though there is a over-sized chair that converts to a bed--think sleeper sofa, only smaller.
The location was very good. I was able to walk out the door to the unit, walk across the adjacent public parking area, put on my skis, and ski about 60 yards to a lift. When coming in for the day, Telluride Trail, a blue run that can get a touch icy late in the day, takes you right back to the public parking lot. If you are a first-time skier, you can take easier runs to the bottom of the mountain, but you will have to take a shuttle back to the inn.
Although I would not say it is a true "ski in/out" place to stay, for the price--I'm not sure for twice the price--you cannot get any closer to the slopes.

Age Issue
The only thing I would recommend would be to get toilets where the seats are higher. My husband and I are 67 and 72 respectively. It was very difficult using the toilets at the height they are at.
