I'm thrilled to offer this 4,000+ square foot house to both new and previous guests. If you've stayed with us before you know what quality and fun awaits...if this is your first time staying with us prepare to be amazed! Our house is filled with gorgeous furnishings, sumptuous bedroom retreats for the adults (5 Cal Kings and 2 Queens), toys/entertainment for everyone and amazing themed kid's bedrooms: Frozen dreamland for the girls (feels like you actually stepped into the movie!) and Superhero "top of the city" hang-out for the boys with built-in bunkbeds and a ball pit! The adult bedrooms (there are 8 of them) all have comfortable beds and linens and unique personalities -- no one will have to double up since there are so many!

The house is two stories, with all communal spaces on the first floor adjacent to one another. Our great room is huge (over 800 square feet!) and is ideal for family time at home. The kitchen is a chef's dream: spacious and open with a 48' Viking stove, 48' refrigerator, Quartz counter tops and a 6 person eat-at counter. Many small appliances, ample dishware, utensils and basic spices are provided. The kitchen flows into the dining room where our beautiful dining table awaits family meals (and board games!) and extends to seat 14. Off the dining room is the living room which boasts a gigantic 16' x 13' leather sectional and a 65" TV with plenty of room for the kids to romp around while the adults relax. Off the living room is our garage game room with an 8' Olhausen pool table (has a ping pong topper too), Tornado foosball table, leather sectional and TV. Our 10th bedroom doubles as a den and features a fully stocked entertainment center (Wii, large DVD library, board games, toys, books and travel guides) and is off the great room. It also has a twin daybed with a twin trundle.

Stroll through the French doors off the dining room to enjoy the fabulous Southern California weather in our sunny backyard. We built a brand new pool which features a large Baja step for the little ones, dual waterfalls and pool toys. The pool is salt water - so much easier on little (and big) eyes, hair and skin :) It is fully fenced with a self-closing MagnaLatch gate for safety and can be heated.

Additionally we have an outdoor dining area with a BBQ and covered outdoor living room. The outdoor dining room table accommodates 10 and there is ample seating in the contemporary outdoor living room. Play in our grassy space and when you're hungry just reach up to pick a fresh mango from our large mango tree which produces thousands of delicious mangoes!

The layout of the house is ideal for large families (20 people maximum) as the bedrooms are all tucked away from the common areas. Here is the general configuration of how the bedrooms and bathrooms flow as you walk into the house and up the stairs:

Pack lightly, we have a fully stocked baby gear closet complete with 3 pack n' plays, several strollers, high chairs, booster seats, bouncy seats, baby monitor and more. Bath towels, pool / beach towels and extra pillows and blankets provided.

The house is located on a beautiful long cul-de-sac street street in a nice residential Anaheim neighborhood with all the necessities nearby. We're an 8 minute drive to Disneyland! The driveway can accommodate 4 large SUVs (all cars must be parked in the driveway as there is no overnight parking on the street). A computer, printer and free Wifi are provided. We have 3 washer and dryers and endless hot water with our tankless system so you can luxuriate in the shower!
