Enjoy an impressive villa in a select and very quiet area, just 10 minutes walk from the center of Sanxenxo. With capacity for 10 people, it has four suites with their own bathroom and a large room-living room for children with an attached bathroom, large living-dining room, terrace, kitchen, garage for two cars and garden. Play area with ping pong table, table football and basket. Canoe and bicycles.

In a very quiet and exclusive location, you will be next to attractive beaches and you can walk in 12 minutes to the center of Sanxenxo and its marina, shops and restaurants.

Large terrace with table for 10 people with stunning views of the Pontevedra estuary and the Cíes Islands.

Barreiros beach, which is 180 meters away, and Areas beach, 900 meters away, are two of the most beautiful beaches in the Sanxenxo area, both with fine white sand.

The villa was built in 2009 with the highest quality finishes and decoration. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction and gas cooker, American fridge with ice maker, coffee maker, etc. It also has a laundry area with a washing machine, dryer and ironing space.

The Sanxenxo marina, just 1,200 meters away, is the most attractive in Galicia and the center of a lively nightlife. It has numerous rental boats of all sizes.

Excellent holiday home for families with everything catered for.The small beach was lovely to walk down to in a couple of minutes and also the main area of sanxenxo was also with in a 20 minutes stroll away with some lovely shops and restaurants.

Beautiful villa with amazing views over the bay. Bedrooms are all very comfortable and house was spotless and well equipped. Plenty of beaches within a short walk and Sanxenxo is only a 10 minute walk away. Slightly hotter and AC would be handy i suspect and I believe it is in the owner's plans. Thoroughly recommend.

Amazing house we enjoyed a lot

It is the third time we rent this house and that is because we use to enjoy every minute on it. They provide everything you need even the umbrellas for the galician weather. It is very close to the Barreiros beach and 5 minutes walking from Nain beach. Nice for all seasons, we use to go on winter and it is really a relaxing place. Ana use to recommend where to go for good food and galician typical products. Definitely a great house in a great please with everything you need to have a great time.

Chalet in Sanxenxo

Unfortunately, our stay had a few challenges. The house was very hot, as there was no air conditioning, and we had ongoing issues with flies inside and many bugs in the pool. The washer and dryer didn’t work well, and it was also difficult to communicate since the property manager didn’t speak English. Because of these issues, we’ll likely stay at a hotel next time we visit the area.

You're absolutely right about the heat — your visit unfortunately coincided with an unusually strong heat wave for our area. We're already planning to install air conditioning before next summer, as these events may become more common. The insects were likely a result of the extreme weather as well, and are not typically an issue in our coastal location. Thank you for your feedback.

Beautiful views and comfortable accommodation

Antonio's property was very well equipped for our party of 10. There were plenty of plates, cutlery, and pots and pans, although the kitchen was quite small, but modern and clean. The rooms and en-suite bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. The rooms upstairs were very warm as there is no air-conditioning. The property could benefit from providing fans. We had a power outage on the final night and the owners were very quick to respond and come and sort it out. All in all we had a brilliant holiday and very much enjoyed the house in Sanxenxo.

Lovely house, only problem is for a house that big the pool only has room for 3 deck chairs so not great if you’re 10 people like my family.Would suggest making the raised area before you come to the pool a decked area so you can sunbath by the pool and remove the bushes next to the pool so you can see the pool.This would make it a lot more open plan and more appealing to guests wanting to spend the day by the pool. Besides that lovely house.Weird thing is they only have a small kitchen bin and don’t have large rubbish bins at the property so you need to walk right to the top of a very steep hill just to throw your rubbish away.Would suggest adding a large bin in the garage so you wouldn’t need to do daily bin runs?This wouldn’t stop us staying again but some constructive feedback to improve future stays.

Our stay at this house was perfect. We were a family group of 6 spanning 3 generations and it was perfect for all of us. The house was immaculately clean and very well taken care of.
