Our house is located is on 4200 sq. feet.
6 bedroom, 3 bath, 2 outdoor fireplaces and 1000 sq. ft. covered patio.
Our property has three huge rooms to spread out guest
We want everyone to feel at home. Our focus is Bachelor and Bachelorette weekends!
Furthermore with a family group A Fun and Family weekend!
small family reunions and group travel. The house is set up for larger groups, small family reunions and group travel. The house has large TV viewing areas, a poker table, bar area with cocktail tables and large sectional couches that look out on the pool view back yard.
The kitchen is large with eating area, includes a 20 foot granite outside dinner table. The set up is focused on being outside, uniting with family, friends, creating a social environment and having fun!
Backyard Includes:
Basketball Court with stadium lights, sand volleyball court with stadium lights, pickleball court, golf driving area, frisbee golf, 30000 gallon pool with water slide, water basketball, water volleyball, outdoor kitchen, outdoor TV's, 20 ft granite conference table, pool table, ping pong table , tetherball, darts, shuffleboard , 8 man hot tub, firepit, smash ball, Kan Jam and corn toss.

Great home to host event style party. We just got back from a golfing bachelor party and we couldn’t stop talking about how great the property was. So much to do in the backyard we didn’t even get around to trying everything. Our only regret was folding too much and not being at the home for longer to hang out and enjoy the outdoor space. The interior has several different areas you can relax in. Plenty of space to sleep a large number of people. We will absolutely book this again if we come back to the Scottsdale area. John the host was very responsive with our limited communication as we didn’t really need to ask him for anything. Highly recommend!

It was a great stay, had my daughters high school graduation and all the family stayed there. We had a little grad party and the property was perfect with all the activities. Beds were comfortable, kids loved the waterslide. Would definitely stay again.

Roaches, Mice, and Rats in the house. We had guest leave and go to a hotel. When we told the owner they said that is what happens when it rains in Arizona. Filthy showers and sinks. We had to go by balls to play the outside games. Pictures don’t do it justice. Very run down. Most stuff is broken. Don’t waste your money.

The house is centrally located in one of the plushest areas of Scottsdale (McCormick Ranch ). The house is situated on a private 1 1/2 acre lot which allows your group to spread out in privacy. You will be located in the middle of Scottsdale where you have access to bike paths, walking trails and Talking Stick Entertainment District A 5$ Uber ride to OLD Town party district, Fashion Square, Camelback Mountain, 300 Restaurants and bars, McCormick Ranch Railroad park, Chaparral Park, and over 6 major golf courses. Houses in this neighborhood sell for over 1 million dollars. Privacy from the neighbors is a big plus since the homes are located on the biggest lots in the McCormick area.
