Beautiful fully renovated barn with swimming pool

After several decades of rental, this house no longer meeting standards, we decided to undertake major work so that the building regains a second youth ...
It's done!
Now the house offers all the necessary comfort and calm, one of the advantages of this rental.
On the ground floor are the living room, the fitted kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, LV, LL, SL, fridge freezer and various household appliances), two bedrooms and a bathroom.
Upstairs there are four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a toilet and a relaxation room with television.
Note the presence of two televisions, one on the ground floor and the other upstairs with a DVD player.
In the park, the L-shaped swimming pool overlooks a magnificent and unobstructed view, you will also enjoy a table tennis table, a swing, a pétanque court as well as the barbecue installed next to the terrace .

Very nice house and garden with pool

We had a wonderful stay at this house. Nice location: surrounded by the most beautiful little villages of France (Autoire, Carennac, Loubressac, ...), close to beautiful Rocamacour and Beauville-sur-Dordogne, caves (Gouffre de Padirac), cano trips on the Dordogne ... Big house: nice rooms, beautiful floors, good kitchen, 3 showers, 2 toilettes, ... everything you need! Wonderful big garden with an amazing view on the valley: amazing pool, petanque, pingpong table, large table on terrace, outside kitchen, ... Nice host: good contact, gives all the information you need, ...

Beautiful week in the Dordogne

I had a wonderful week at this house with my family in September. The house is big and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. It is in the countryside which is very peaceful and quiet. Our party were all adults but this house is also perfect for families with small children. It has so many things - a pool, table tennis, games, basketball, boules, pin ball machine, space inside and outside to play. We went into the local village, Meyssac, each day to the boulangerie. It's less than 10 minutes drive and has a supermarket as well as some great small shops. Jerome was so helpful whenever we had questions. We arrived on Satureday evening after the shops closed. He recommended a restaurant in Meyssac and rang to book a table for us. We really enjoyed our holiday here.

Fantastic property for kids and local activities/villages

This property was amazing for our children, offering plenty of entertainment, including pétanque, pinball machine, trampoline, swings, playhouse, basketball, swimming pool and table tennis. The children were in their element. The view was incredible and the location perfect for days out and popping to the boulangerie in Meyssac, which was lovely. Collonges la Rouge was such a gorgeous village and only 10minutes away. The only reason we have marked this down is due to the black mould encountered in one of the bedrooms. This was a problem for us with several family members suffering with respiratory concerns. We did let Jerome and Samuel know and they dealt with it promptly. The house was otherwise very clean. Another point of note is that there are only 2 toilets despite the 3 bathrooms. One toilet upstairs separate to the shower rooms and the other under the stairs downstairs. In our view another one is needed when you are catering to large groups as taller members (6’5”) of our group couldn’t use the one downstairs.

Une location fidèle à sa description, au calme, parfaitement adaptée pour accueillir un grand groupe.L’espace extérieur est fortement agréable tant pour les grands que les plus petits, avec de nombreux équipements disponibles et une mention spéciale pour la vue !Le propriétaire est très sympathique et la communication a été fluide tout au long de notre séjour. La Grange

Notre séjour dans la grange à St-Julien-Maumont était très agréable, grâce à sa position sur une colline, offrant une vue enchanteresse au loin. La région est sans doute une des plus belles de toutes nos vacances. La grange même est bien confortable, hélas non seulement pour les locataires, mais aussi pour d' autres résidents comme toutes sortes d'araignées et des scuttigères véloces. La petite vie qui profite d'un manque de propreté et d'entretien. Un autre point d'intérêt sont les chaises autour de la table, de nouvelles seraient un beau geste.

sehr entspannter Aufenthalt

Wir hatten für 12 Tage gebucht und das Wetter war mäßig. Dennoch hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit zum Wohlfühlen. Die Unterkunft bietet sehr viel. Die ganz wenigen Kritikpunkte, die man anbringen könnte, werden von den vielen Pluspunkten mehr als wett gemacht. Der Vermieter ist nah an der Unterkunft und er ist außerordentlich nett, flexibel und großzügig zu uns gewesen. ...großes Kompliment!

Un cadre magnifique et reposant

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette belle maison très fonctionnelle et agréable (un doux feu de cheminée pour notre semaine hivernale). Les espaces sont agréables à vivre, il y a de la place pour tout le monde, y compris les enfants qui ont investi l'espace ouvert de l'étage qui fait salle de jeux. Alentours très beaux et agréables pour balader.

Verfrissend verblijf

We hebben een aangename week gehad. Het was een zeer warme week (30-35 graden) en het niet-verwarmde zwembad was een zalige dagelijkse verkoeling voor de kinderen maar ook voor de volwassenen. Er was ook een zeer grote tuin met prachtig uitzicht. Met 3 badkamers en 6 slaapkamers was het ideaal voor 3 gezinnen. Het dorp en omgeving is zeer rustig maar wij hebben enkele leuke uitstapjes gemaakt naar bv. Rocamadour en Collonges La Rouge en Martell. Dankjewel!

Magnifique

Nous avions eu un coup de cœur déjà en réservant, et ca c'est confirmé pendant notre séjour, des propriétaires très gentils, une vue magnifique, une maison (villa comme dise les enfants) coup de cœur, une terrain au top pour les enfants, le petit hik la piscine pas chauffer mais ca n'a pas repousser certains. On garde cette maison de coter pour y retourner une prochaine fois et en parler dans notre entourage !

Our best holiday in years!

We are a family of three and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, initially with friends (a family of four) and then by ourselves. It's very comfortable and very well equipped for kids. It's a wonderfully relaxing place to be and it's well situated for day trips. The views are superb and the tranquility is priceless.
