Newly built village with garden composed of two-storeyed terrace houses close to the beach and not far from the spa.

Two-room-apartment on the ground floor, providing accomodation for max. 5 people.

It is composed of:

Living-room with kitchenette and double sofa bed,

Covered terrace.

LCD TV-sat, microwave oven, air conditioning, dishwasher small safe.

This apartment is located in Bibione, seaside resort located on the border between Friuli Venezia Giulia and Veneto, 80 km from Venice.

We have a 7 km long beach, fully equipped with umbrellas, kiosks, sports and entertainment facilities for sports activities for children and adults totally free. A place full of attractions and events throughout the whole of the summer season, with more than 70 km bike paths that wind through the city and the pine woods that line the river and lagoon, for a holiday of relaxation, fun and sport at all levels.

Saubere Ferienanlage mit viel Grün

Die Anlage macht einen sauberen und gepflegten Eindruck. Es stehen verschieden Bäume und Sträucher zwischen den Häusern. Wir hatten eine Wohnung im Erdgeschoss mit Ost- und Westterrasse. Positives: Wir durften unsere Wohnung bereits um 14 Uhr übernehmen, statt 16 Uhr. Die Wohnungsübergabe /-abgabe verläuft schnell. Es ist genügend Stauraum durch praktische Schränke in der Wohnung. Nette Hausmeister Das Meer ist fußläufig zu erreichen (400 m). Negatives: Der Vermieter war unter der angegebenen Rufnummer nicht erreichbar, bei Fragen mussten wir zur Agentur fahren. Die Küche ist notdürftig ausgestattet, so fehlten Basics wie Nudelsieb, Salatschüssel und tiefe Teller (wir hatten nur einen). Die Waschmaschine ist nicht in der Wohnung, sie ist in einem Tiefgaragen-Raum für mehrere Mieter aufgestellt. Dafür gibt es mehrere Maschinen.
