Our third stay at this property and will be going back again next year. House was much tidier and cleaner than last year and a new toaster and microwave had been added.

Enjoyed our stay greatly, outdoor area is wonderful. Pool was clean and fruit trees were wonderful. The small town of Soller was beautiful, driving through the narrow streets not for feint of heart. Parking near the cemetery was easy. Beds were comfortable but unable to be pushed together due to bed frames. Kitchen was adequate but missing a few basic utensils. Outside grill was also nice but again no grilling tools. While stay was enjoyable it would not be my 1st choice if going back.

A lovely property in a great location

With great views and only a short walk up the mountain from the town. Tranquil and relaxing. The only downsides: the pool needs a good clean- it’s suffered from people using sun lotion, and the kitchen area including utensils need an update. But if you want the rustic feel this is the place for you!

Another great stay at Can Fabiol.

Another great stay at Can Fabiol. Perfect small Finca for 2 people. Your own pool set in nice patio / terrace area with an outdoor kitchen with BBQ. The house is basic inside but has all you require for a lovely relaxing holiday with total privacy. Only 10min walk down into the town square.

A very nice retreat overlooking Soller

We had some very nice November days in Can Fabiol. As everything (town, Supermarkt, train and bus station, hiking trails) is in walking distance we didn’t need a car. We ate outside under the roofed patio and enjoyed the view, surrounded by lemon orchards.

Wonderful location!

Can Fabiol is an attractive little house set in a beautiful location with the mountains soaring above the property and the lovely town of Soller below in the valley. It is very tranquil, with just the sound of cockerels crowing to each other up and down the valley and the bells of the cathedral chiming the hour. The accommodation is fairly basic but the patio and small pool provide a very pleasant space to enjoy the sunshine and scenery. Highly recommended!

Quiet, relaxing stay in beautiful Soller

Look no further if you want to enjoy gorgeous views of Soller and the surrounding mountains, while at the same time enjoying the tranquillity and privacy of your own home! The house has a lot of charm, with lemon and almond trees in the orchard, and sheep in the surrounding fields. The pool is also a great plus, and can be enjoyed on a sunny day (almost) no matter the outside temperature. The access to the city center and its restaurants and cute indoor market is very easy, within a 10 minute walk.

Can Fabiol was perfect for us. Wonderful location and so peaceful with the added luxury of a pool & outside kitchen. People who like superficial bling it would not be for them. If you like keeping it ‘real’ and enjoy nature & stunning views you’d love it.

We loved it.

If you're looking for a complete break, surrounded by beauty, this is your place. Ample space for 2 people in an extraordinarily well equipped finca - everything from basic kitchen supplies including herbs and spices to bug repellants and bathroom needs! And, just a short stroll into the wonderful town of Soller. We loved the tiny sparkling clean pool, a much needed cool down after long walks and journeys out. (We hired a car, but if you do this, suggest a VERY small car as many streets are not much wider that foot paths flanked with high stone walls and buildings... yikes!) Very few neighbours, none visible and none intrusive - utter bliss. We loved it.

Incredible and relaxed place, location is l perfect and the view is so beautiful - something the pictures don't really show. The owner is pleasant and funny so don't understand the other reviews. I would however reiterate - if you're not a confident driver and are planning on renting anything larger than a standard hatchback, I would reconsider this place. The roads are extremely narrow and difficult. Otherwise, great pool, great view - would highly recommend a short 15 min walk up the hill to get the best view over Soller. 10 min walk into village. The grill outside was great fun. Ice cold air con. Plenty of mokka pots and little cute lizards.

Such a lovely place to unwind

We arrived in the middle of the night, following a journey from hell... to find the owner waiting for us. Speaking no English, but enough gestures to understand we were welcomed to Can Fabiol. Next morning revealed just how perfect out holiday was going to be. Beautifully appointed private space, shaded terrace, cooling sparkly clean pool and no neighbours... views over Soller and a peace filled with only a gentle breeze and birds song. Wonderful. Can Fabiol is about a 7-10min downhill stroll to town, taking longer back up. And had pretty much everything you need. This is not a bling bling place, so if that's what you prefer, don't come here. We love it, it's a perfect get away from it all. If you're hiring a car, be prepared for very tiny streets, so get a small one!

Check in was interesting. At first we thought the Mr was feeding the sheep Until 10mins later, he beckoned us to the gate. The owner speaks spanish only, so can be a little frustrating Managed to understand some actions/words. The tax is cash, so make sure you have euros on arrival!Everything was as the pics show. Toaster isn't dangerous (as one review wrote) I just had to scrape the burnt cheese off the metal to stop it smoking.Plenty of clean fresh towels & bedding. Mixer shower good Always hot water! Mattresses are comfortable, bed frames a little creaky. Aircon is good. We kept the shutters an windows closed to keep the heat/sun out. Wifi is good Bbq was nice in the evening. Need mosquito spray! Or cover up. Expected with the lovely olive lemon & orange trees. Loved looking up at the stars The views peace an quiet are absolutely priceless. Over all rustic bijou spanish villa in the hills with small pool xTip- do not drive up the track!Park on right opp. Back up to the white cemetery wall.

Sehr schön ruhig in ländlicher Umgebung gelegen, trotzdem zentral, da das Stadtzentrum von Sóller fussläufig erreichbar ist. Schöne schattige Terasse mit tollem Blick auf den Talkessel mit Meerblick. Ausstattung ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Hier kann man sehr schön zu zweit Urlaub verbringen.

Die Unterkunft ist recht einfach, der Außenbereich sehr schön und auch die Aussicht ist grandios. Vor Ort hat uns der Besitzer Juan empfangen, es hat uns definitiv geholfen spanisch zu verstehen. Es war alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft und auch Erfahrung.

Vacances sur les hauteurs de Soller

Nous avons apprécié le cadre, l’emplacement et les extérieurs du gîte. L’intérieur du logement mériterais un rafraîchissement plus de rangements ainsi qu’une nouvelle literie. Hôte très sympathique mais un peu présent sur le départ (arrivé une heure avant la remise des clefs alors que nous étions entrain de nous préparer). Attention à la taxe de séjour qui doit être payé en espèces directement à l’hôte lors de l’arrivé. Si vous souhaitez un séjour au calme, cet endroit est parfait !

Eine sehr scöne Unterkunft in atemberaubender Landschaft

Can Fabiol ist ein hübsches kleines Häuschen in einem kleinen,hübschen Garten.Die Terrasse ist großzügig,zum Teil überdacht und verfügt über einen kleinen Pool.Im Haus gab es alles,was man benötigt.Erstaunt waren wir jedoch über die spärliche Ausstattung an Tellern und Gläsern. Insgesamt hat uns unser Aufenthalt dort sehr gefallen.

Tolle Lage, ruhig mit schönem Blick auf die Berge und Sóller. Schöner kleiner Pool und Grillmöglichkeit. Die Schränke waren schon gut gefüllt mit den Besitztümern der Vermieter, so dass die Unterbringung der eigenen Sachen schwierig war. Der Vermieter kam fast jeden Morgen um 8, um den Pool zu reinigen. Von daher war die Privatsphäre eingeschränkt. Er hätte besser einen Kescher zur Verfügung gestellt und feste Termine benannt. Der Friedhof auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite ist sehr sehenswert. Leider scheint er auch ein Krematorium zu haben, welches wochentags des öfteren auch lief. Man sieht und riecht nichts , aber man weiss es!!! Kleiner Tipp!! Moskitoschutz einpacken!

The house is in a great location with amazing views, very secluded, and a nice pool to cool down. It is a bit hard to access by car as the streets are narrow. The inside is very basic, which we knew from the photos, and the beds aren’t super comfortable. Everything was clean and they have all the amenities you need (even wifi, although the listing does not say it). However, the drawers and wardrobe are full of things and there wasn’t any space for us to put our clothes. The place is lovely and very quiet and I would have given it a better rating if it wasn’t because the owner appeared unexpectedly in the property two days in a row and scared us… He had told us he would come on Saturday to clean the pool so that time we knew he wasn’t coming. However, he also came on Sunday morning without any warning and was walking up and down until we opened the door, to then ask us what time we were leaving on Monday and saying “you got to be out of here at 10am, understood?”. The check out time is definitely early but the problem is also that it is not clear, as the agency managing the property (Homerti) sent us a form asking what time we wanted to check in and out, which was pointless because it was then clear that there isn’t any flexibility. Communication between the agency and the owner is terrible as they told us we could only check in from 16:00 and the owner was angry because he had been waiting for us since 15:30… Anyway, it is a shame as the place is nice (even if the beds and bedding need replacing).
