Anders als erwartet

Wir waren als Familie mit Hund Anfang 2024 in der Villa in Saint Julien le Montagnier. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und einen großen Garten. Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht, findet diese hier. Leider sind aber sowohl alle Ausflugsziele als auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mindestens 30-60 Minuten (ein Weg) entfernt. Die Straßen sind oft sehr kurvig und eng. Im Ort selber ist auch kein Bäcker ansässig. Landschaftlich ist die Gegend sehr sehenswert, der Lac de Esparron und der Lac de Sainte-Croix sind wunderschön und laden zum Baden ein, überall waren Hunde am See erlaubt. Das Ferienhaus selber wurde uns leider nicht im sauberen Zustand übergeben. Besonders die Küche und die Toiletten wurden nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt. Da das Haus anscheinend vom Vermieter auch bewohnt wird, fühlt es sich an, als ob man sich in einer Privatwohnung aufhält, in der nur gewisse Ecken für Gäste freigeräumt wurden. Terrasse und Garten sind wenig liebevoll gestaltet. Sowohl Gartenmöbel als auch Spielgeräte sind alt und teilweise kaputt. Überall lassen sich Ablageplätze von Sperrmüll und alten Sachen finden. Der Garten ist zur Straße offen, sodass Hunde das Grundstück verlassen können. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter beschränkte sich auf die Übergabe des Hauses und kann nur in französisch stattfinden.

Großes Haus mit großen Anwesen

In idyllischer Abgeschiedenheit hatten wir eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche in diesem Haus mit riesigem Garten. Unser Hund hat es so genossen, dass er gar nicht mehr heim wollte. Das Haus ist ideal gelegen für viele Ausflüge. Wir möchten auf jeden Fall wiederkommen

Loïc est un Hôte vraiment très sympa et attentionné avec ses vacanciers. Maison spacieuse et joliment décorée, grande pièce à vivre très pratique avec 2 toilettes dans la maison, 2 chambres très bien aménagées et spacieuses mais pour les 2 autres un peu moins pratiques pour des adultes. Escalier dangeureux pour enfants et personnes âgées car pas de rampe. Grand terrain pratique pour les chiens, dommage qu'il ne soit pas clôturé devant. Le Verdon est une région magnifique on recommande ! Nous recommandons sans problème cette maison par contre il faut absolument une voiture pour se déplacer, même pour aller dans le village de Saint Julien.

Haus und Garten bieten viel Raum für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. In Küche, Bad und Schlafzimmern fehlt es an nichts. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit vielen Mahlzeiten unter den Eichen. In St. Julien findet man Alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Maudieu war ein sehr angenehmer und hilfsbereiter Vermieter.

concernant la propriété villa très appréciable et entretenu, le propriétaire super sympa nous a indiqué de joli endroits je recevais des SMS régulièrement pour voir ci tout allait bien ,le site était très agréable, calme, activitées proche des lacs et gorges du Verdon à faire absolument, des vus panoramiques hors du commun avec des lacs magnifique à refaire !!!
