Just one block from the Snowflake Lift, Winterpoint Emerald Townhome is the perfect spot for a ski getaway! This tri-level, two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome is perfect for groups of up to six people — and it’s just a two-block to the shopping, dining and entertainment on Main Street Breckenridge. Your group asked you to find the perfect place … this is it!

You’ll love the tasteful updates throughout this home. The cozy living area offers plenty of seating, as well as a gas fireplace to keep you warm after a long day in the snow. The flat-screen TV is great for cuddling up and watching a movie, too. The spacious full kitchen has all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed, with seating for five at the table with two more at the bar.

You’ll enjoy seasonal access to the heated swimming pool and hot tubs in the Upper Village (just 1.5 blocks away) for some fun in the sun or relaxing after a day on the slopes. Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, a one-car garage with an additional outdoor parking space, and two balconies. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and it’s professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

The condo was updated and clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make some meals so we weren’t eating out more than once per day. Short walk to the pool and Main Street. We will definitely stay here again.

Breck Ski Trip

Our stay was awesome. The property was clean, updated, and had everything we needed. We were a 5 minute walk to both the lift and the town and a 3 minute walk from the pool/hot tubs. Communicating with the hosts was super easy as well. Will recommend this property to anyone travelling to Breck and will definitely consider renting here again!

Absolutely wonderful!

We were 100% satisfied with this rental condo! Beautifully decorated, modern and clean. Had plenty of room for our family of five, but could easily accommodate more. Very close to downtown and hiking trails. We will definitely rent again in the future!

Sibling getaway

My siblings and I came to this property for a last-minute getaway with our father and we had so much fun. The snowflake lift is a short two blocks uphill and 4 o’clock easily skis you almost back to your front door. Loved all the recent upgrades, kitchen was very well stocked. would definitely return to this spot.

Lines on the Snowflake lift were minimal as well. If you rent equipment there is a rental shop right next to the lift and you can leave your gear there at the end of each day. The condo was clean, roomy and up to date. Location in relation to all the shops and food downtown was also great (10 minute walk at most) Highly recommend.

Snowflake lift quest

Nice townhouse layout with too many stairs to climb at altitude for us flatland visitors. Not a true ski in ski out, but close. If your unit is near 4 o’clock Road, it’s a breeze. If your unit is at the back of the complex, it more than doubles the walk to the Snowflake lift - BUT it puts you very close to the village pool and tubs.

Overall, would highly recommend. I was disappointed with 2 items in terms of cleanliness. First, upon arrival there were dirty dishes left in the master bedroom (coffee cup, water glass, plate). Second, there was medication found on floor in the master bathroom. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal, but our 1 year old son was crawling on the floor when we found it. Luckily we spotted it before he got to it or tried to eat it. I would highly recommend this location to others, and hope to stay here again on a return trip to Breckinridge.

The layout was perfect for us with 3 older kids and and 3 adults. Enough room for all of us without feeling cramped. It was nice to have a garage as we had snow several time and wouldn’t have had anything to clean off our ginormous rental vehicle had it been snowed upon. Would definitely stay here again.
