About this property

Great Condo in Trendy 12South

The condo is in a great neighborhood called 12South. We LOVE this neighborhood! It is so centrally located, and walking distance to amazing restaurants, trendy bars, GREAT shopping (clothing boutiques, home decor stores, antique stores, gift shops, etc), hair salons, grocery stores, liquor stores, drug stores. It is an easy 15-minute walk to the heart of 12South, a 20-minute walk to the hipster Belmont neighborhood, and is only about a 7-minute drive to the center of downtown. We think it is the best neighborhood in town- so much so, that we actually live about a mile from the condo.

The bedroom has a queen bed with a ridiculously comfortable Stearns & Foster mattress. It is a very inviting and comfortable space, and we have made it a space that we would want to live in, ourselves. And there is a fabulous patio that you are welcome to enjoy!

We both work very close by, and can be there in a flash, if you need us. Otherwise, we will leave you alone. Feel free to call if you want to ask questions (we have LOTS of opinions about the best restaurants, the best shops, and the most fun stuff to do…), or need anything at all..

Summer clinic rotation

Had a great stay here for the entire summer 2023 for a clinical rotation for school! Easy to walk to most things, clean place, great location. Very easy to get in touch with the host if you ever need anything.

Wonderful Nashville Apartment!

I stayed in this property for six weeks, and it was absolutely fantastic! I worked in downtown Nashville, and had only an 11 minute commute during morning rush hour. Meredith is incredibly kind, responsive, and attentive. The property is very safe with great parking and amenities. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful host & stay

I stayed for a little over 2 months at this property. The host was always great at responding and helping out with any needs. I did expect it to be a bit cleaner, some of the dishes were dirty, sliding glass door had dirt and bugs, but I know that if I would have mentioned it to Meredith she would’ve gotten it taken care of. It’s in a great location. Easy Uber to Broadway and a nice walk to 12th south. Meredith also owns a cute store on 12th south and I had popped in to say hello and she genuinely was just so kind! Would recommend staying here.

Wonderful Stay

I stayed here for about seven weeks while I attended grad school at Vanderbilt. It was clean, convenient to school, grocery, liquor store, and a few wonderful restaurants. It’s also a quick walk to 12 South. I enjoyed using the pool and sitting outside on the patio. Meredith was helpful and quick to respond. I enjoyed it so much, I’m planning to head back next summer for grad school part two!

Great Condo with Amazing Location!

Everything about my stay here was great! Meredith was great about keeping in touch/easy to contact if I had any questions/needed anything! The condo was so cute and the perfect size for what I was looking for during my stay. The location was great as it is not far from 12 South or Downtown Nashville! I would recommend this property to anyone, and would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

The condo was quiet, clean and cozy. It was in a very convenient location. The owners called to check in on us and were willing to offer us any advice that we needed on the area. The building and condo were controlled by codes so there was no inconvenience of dropping off or picking up keys. Would definitely stay there again!
