The apartment, fully renovated in 2015, is located in the 'Quartiere del Sole', next to the residential area of ​​the beach Poetto. It is located on the ground floor and consists of a living room, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower, it offers also an outdoor breakfast area with a small barbecue. The house is equipped with all necessary facilities for the stay including a washing machine, wifi and air conditioning. Every part of the city is easily accessible by public transport. All essential services (bars, groceries, bank, pharmacy, restaurants ......) are within walking distance. At 200 meters from the property you can access the naturalistic park of Molentargius and numerous cycle paths. Free public parking on site.
